Angry Birds Star Wars Death Star Level 2-12 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Death Star level 2-12 is to send Chewie directly onto the pile of blocks to the left. The steel wheels should start rolling towards the blaster cannon. With a little bit of luck, the shots should ricochet on the different steel parts and hit the pigs above.

With a LITTLE bit of luck….? Hmmmm. The 0.00005% that isn’t dependent upon fortune can be enhanced by aiming Chewy at the smallest steel wheel on the left, in my experience (which is one 3 star fling out of dozens)

Thank you for the suggestion of aiming at the small wheel. I was only able to get 2 shot 3 star until I used your strategy. Literally got the 1 shot 3 star it on the very first attempt with your idea

I totally agree! There seems to be a sweet spot in that area that if you hit it just right more wheels and blocks go down helping to aid in the destruction, also when I got my current score the shooter thingy was still shooting so more points were racking up before the lev timed out! Couldn’t get over 100k but maybe next go round I’ll get luckier, as this SW seems to be a totally luck based 1 birdie game.

In the video I noticed that chewy was aimed at and hit the small stone. So that is where I attempted to make him land. It’s definitely the key to success with the video’s strategy. But it isn’t mentioned specifically. Glad you pointed it out!

If this is not luck, I don’t know what it is. Very easy 98000 and repeatable either I have a lot luck each time or there is spot to send Chewie to. Anyway I send it like video shows.

Some kind of timing is needed. New AB Star Wars are more stable. So much results can be repeated in equal level.

I think they key is to get those steel drums rolling forward (maybe aim a touch higher than the video) – then the L factor comes in – how much can the laser destroy before it gets destroyed on a ricochet. If the piggie closest to the laser doesn’t fall last – you’re probably not getting a really high score.

The only thing I can add to this is that you also need to get those two pigs buried in the box pile on initial impact. Only once, I think, I saw the lower left one get hit by a stray ricochet.

Took me a while to get this. The trick is to not pull back too hard. You think you need a hard hit, but when I softened up it was quickly that I got to 97180…

Thank you for that little tip. Seemed there was constantly one piggy left before I lost my cannon. Figured the harder I hit the wheels, the more they would role, giving more rebound options. Used your tip of going about 2/3rds power, and aced it.

I seemed to do better with a a slightly reduced shot too. I aimed Chewy so that the aiming dots stopped at the little center dot in the smallest round stone. Then the “L” factor has to kick in. Rinse and Repeat ;-)

Doing the same strat as in the vid over and over, but in addition to flinging Chewie I was also wishing on a star, holding a rabbits foot, wearing a horse shoe and rubbing Buddha’s belly, finally got 103K though :) (could be improved with a four leaf clover perhaps?)

I got my score with a full power shot, but the reduced power shot seems to work well. I tried quite a few shots with the @lesleyg method of putting the last dot right on the center of the small stone and had good results, but I think the most important thing for a reduced power shot is that it needs to be exactly through the center dot of the small stone.

For those trying for 3* — 92000 is possible with 2 birds. Just aim the first one at the center of the small wheel like @lesleyg said above; although I did use a full power shot. Rinse and repeat, and you may eventually get above average. the @crazy-rider video linked above by @rubeeinthesky may provide some clues as to optimal timing. Good Luck!

A lot of luck is needed. I’ve managed to improve just a bit. I’m tossing Chewie at the little round stone and hoping for the best.
