Angry Birds Star Wars Cloud City Level 4-5 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Cloud City level 4-5 is to simply shoot the top-center floating platform with Han’s blaster. The falling debris and failing platforms can clear the entire level, so why not take the easy way out? The score in the video below is 75,780.

I have tried every possible shot variant on this episode and they all produce the same 1 bird kill results, but always with differing scores even though the shot remains essentially the same. Mind perplexing, if you ask me.

I found that aiming at the square block and having Han’s laser blasts ricochet to the underside of the center platform produced a reliable 1 bird clear. although I agree with @78rpm and @bird-addict. scores change widely on what appears to be a very similar shot.

I had my best results using this strategy…thanks @leelee927! You can aim Han so that after blasting the square blocks on upper left platform, Han tumbles down clipping the left edges of the two lower platforms. I also found it easier to get the upper disc to roll down to the right, taking out both right platforms than when I shot Han’s blaster upwards.

Ty @leelee0927 haha i kept aiming at the block not quite sure how to do it..then mom and Auntie distracting me..i was randomly shooting and got a not half bad score..:)

I changed a way of pass this level and it give me increase 4,5K+. I broke 79K border too. Before I was stopped at 74K. High lob: trajectory allow to use HS body to crash 1 of 2 left side platforms (or both of them). Shooting angle depend: A. waiting and flat or B. uphill – 1st shoot hit a barrel with tail ;) or cut it. The fastest way to earn 3*.

80890, high lob like @Bird Tester, shooting with up angle directly into the end of the platform, one shot ricocheted and set off the TNT. Finally got the wheel to roll off to the right and clear the right platforms.

I haven’t played much Star Wars. Can anyone explain where the points are earned on this one? I know I have had much better destruction than I did with my last attempt, but got far fewer points. Don’t have a clue how I got 81k, shot just like the video.

Congrats on raising your place in this board @bonneypattycat! I’ve noticed the same thing, but what I think is that the ‘order’ of destruction rather than just how much is destroyed. Does that make sense? It certainly isn’t something that can be really controlled…even for the skilled flingers. This is where that L factor comes into the play. Have to hit just right and get the ‘domino’ effect in each piece taking out another one.

I aimed with a high arc to drop before the highest platform and hit the left hand floating platform through the helmet pig, shooting directly at the left edge/corner of the top floating platform while at highest point of arc.

Congrats @doug! Great shooting. That is somewhat the angle I took to raise my score by about 3k on today’s challenge. At least it really lifted me on the board! So far, 3rd improved too. I got my shot in late last night but today haven’t gotten more than about 78k. Enjoy your ‘Lucky’ pup!

I tried to replicate it again and couldn’t come close so gave up and hoped nobody passed me ;)
The extra points definitely came from all five floating platforms breaking into pieces and falling off the screen, the problem was getting the top platform to break apart and not block the large wheel type thing from rolling off to the right.
