Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Boba Fett Missions level B-8 is to fling Chewie into the steam so that he slams Boba Fett and the pile of blocks beyond. You need a bit of luck to have Boba Fett take out the pigs on the left side, but it can yield huge points. We note here that this is probably the hardest level in the episode. The score in the video below is 141,970.

I did pretty much the same thing for an extra 10k, but I aimed alot lower, so the path line was almost parallel, and very close to the air vent. Chewie hit Boba Fett in such a way that he flew straight into the glass holding up the top-left pig, and then he flew stragiht into the hanging spheres on the far left. The debris from the left air vent then destroyed all of the pigs on the right side. Actually quite repeatable and fun when you know the exact line. Requires only a bit of luck, enjoy:)

There’s a line just above the sling. If you aim Chewie so the highest point of the curve is that line, you should manage the 1 bird clear.

I aimed that line too. Top of the trajectory on the line, or 1 px below. Random results, but my best score was 151970.

@Angermanagement — Finally worked for me. Thanks again. But I’ve got to say that you have a pretty weird definition of “quite repeatable.” Since I haven’t gotten as high as AM, not sure that this will help, but … On iPad, fully zoomed in, just above and to the right of Chewie, there is a small dark square where the horizontal and vertical lines in the wall intersect. You want the trajectory line to be just below this square. Chewie will go into the 1st steam vent very low, but not quite as low as possible without hitting vent. IMHO, there is a lot of luck involved in this level. (You said “bit of luck”? Choke, Choke)

Yep @mvnla2, when I got my score, I repeated a couple of times, and got in the region of your current score. I then repeated a few more times a day later, and couldn’t find the correct line for the life of me;) Thanks for the aiming tip, I think that will help people alot, hopefully not to beat my Top Score though;D

I rise from 144 on my own – by double went way (very hard to do). Next I was play around with AA and Mvlna2 descriptions. I move up to 146 and 148K. And I know so I was near the ideal sweet spot.

Today I was trying again with some good scores between 144 to 147K+. Now I broke a bank with 151K sharp / #13 (and +#10 at total BF). Only during this one shoot BF goes to the L, cut the chains AND return to the R. Sorry for no screen – my phone walkout – but 148K screen is good enought (http://angrybir.de/1cy8QwF).

On screen you will see aiming line bellow slingshot top level which fall at the mirrored 3rd window shadow. Entry point is around top left corner. I combined a bit with power of shoot between max and little less (90%?) to bend an arc at slightly another way.

Generely – not only here – Chewie looks fat but aiming are more precision then Blue Bird diameter (spike heels?).

If you are struggling to get 3 stars, then aim Chewie so he just goes with in the steam, he will then travel over to the other vent, and to the tnt. Once you get the strategy down, you’ll get at least 143k, but the higher scores are still with the above strategy.

I hate this level – so much luck involved. I suppose making the 3star score achieveable with two birds was generous of the designers though ;)

If you launch chewie just a little higher, he will float from the first steam to the second, lifting up to the tnt and take out the whole board in one shot, scored 142,900 with this strategy

I popped the pig attached in a metal rope by slaming into the metal circle in a similar fashion to the Toons episode: Dopeys on a Rope.

Well…….Somebody should come up with something to say about today’s challenge. I really don’t like any of the flying head episodes, but I guess I am elected. It is possible to somewhat control what the head does. The best bet seems to barely graze the neck (or where the neck should be) If you clear the level without getting anything on the top left except the hanging pig, the score will probably be in the low 40’s. If the flying head goes to the left and destroys the hanging stuff, the score will probably be in the mid to upper 40’S, How, you might ask do you get over 150K? You need the head to do something extraordinary. In my case, the head went down and to the left before turning back up and destroying the upper left. An old joke comes to mind, although I don’t remember exactly how it goes. The punch line was something about wiring a head for a reservation……….
