Swap to Tusken Raider. Send him slightly above the hill under water so that he hits the TNT under the first structure. Target the blue/grey blocks left to the TNT of the right-most structure.

Just fling Qui-Gon Jinn between 2nd and 3rd hills, after coming to water, crash first TNT box by his light-saber. key is that TNT box between two bases of tallest tower should be destroyed.

I used Chopper. I sent him low and burned as much as possible with little puffs, and then did it over and over until the tnts worked just right.
