One non-character swap strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars II Rewards Chapter level BR-1 is to send Qui-Gon Jinn up between the hanging blocks and the first structure. Use his lightsaber to split the middle chain so he continues on into the right structure. The TNT should fall and finish off the level. Note, it’s important that some debris float up and take out the top pigs. The score in the video below is 112,180.
Reward Chapter levels are unlocked by obtaining a predetermined amount of damage points with a specific character. For a complete layout of these thresholds, see our achievements list. We also have a handy Complete Characters Guide that breaks down all the characters and their abilities. If you have a different strategy leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.
1-Bird
Aim between the hanging metal box and the plataform nearest. You goal is to saber the metal box and make it fall. You will continue in a waving course, cut the TNT chain and, hit the right plataform making all pig to fall. Debris from 1st tower and floating wood will take care of central pigs: the upper and lower. Patience. Is noeasy shoot.
Thanks for this. I figured out the strategy in the video on my own but couldn’t get it to work. Every time, at least one pig was still left. I tried this and got it the first time, 110070.
Pretty much same as video but simple changes in trajectory and laser activation can make big differences.
Nice job!!! Can you elaborate a bit on the changes you made to get this score?
I tried to go as close second hanging cube as possible. Raised to 113 and 114.6. There are a water tides there and all staff waving a bit. Cut a chain must be done before (anticipation cut).
I got 115K+ in the strategy of the video!
However, you will approach top score if you add a strategy of @bird-tester!
So nice, I just smile after @thee-michelle post. Today I set new Top Score here with 122.380. It’s solid 1.4K over 2#. I lift from my 114.6K directly, without stopover. During attempts I made some 110-112K scores too.
Landing point of Qui-Gon Jinn vary. It’s depend of arc precision and sabre cut moment. Last thing is crucial there. Always before chain but micro or small differences made hudge changes at land point. Watch it.
Thanks to all especially Bird Tester’s tip about the anticipation cut. I’ve managed to improve a bit anyway to 113680.
I actually got better destruction on the right hand side, and higher score, by not using the anticipation cut. If QG hits the chain parts and “dies”, he goes in higher and further into the structure in the right sphere.
I agree.
Finally got over average using Slim’s video.
Played this level like the video. Used Qui-Gon Jinn to slice the chain and hoped for the L-factor on the debris fall. Stayed close to the second hanging box to the left as @bird-tester mentions. Great score BT.
The challenge presents itself with the “floaties”. Destroyed all the pigs, pushed over the left and right structures and guess what…all the wood was destroyed in the process. There seems to be a pattern in that the floaties come from the left structure after most of it falls right. Get a piece of wood caught in the left bubble and consider it gone.
On rare occasions, QGJ rises up and destroys the 4 pigs at the top. Scored 115,050.
The AB-SW2 suggestion for this level is to use Yoda. Well just had to try it.
Watching Yoda, at least for this level, is like watching a pin-ball on steroids. He just flies anywhere and everywhere. Most of the time he travels out each side or through the hole in the top prior to completing the level. Was able to obtain complete destruction a few times with the best score of 111,840.
Flung him like the video and also from underneath the left side bubble. The pig on the far right was left untouched more time than not followed by the far left one. The wise one appears not to have the answer for this level.
Used Han Solo swap. His lasers bounce off the chains allowing for the upper left two chains to fall for additional damage. Major fun times using him for this! 121,120 and currently 3rd place.
Whatever you use for a first shot, if there is quite a bit of debris on the left pedestal, use Anakin podracer and flip the whole left pedestal off from underneath. The 2 birder got me 121,140.
Don’t underestimate my favourite Star Wars figure ever since I was a kid (a long long ago when the first film was in the Cinema) – Chewie to the top left hand corner of the left tower. He sails all the way through for a one-wookie. Not a top score, but above average.
123,980 with tie fighter pilot then anakin pod racer
I chose not to use qui gon’s lightsaber because if he did use it to slice the chain he would crash on the other side and there aren’t enough wood pieces to rise to the top and knock off the ‘floaties’
I used LCS with only Tusken Raiders – 152,030
