1-bird:
Launch Hera straight forward, over the level. When you get to that big opening in the right side of the level, make Hera target the stone triangle next to the left-most pig, Hera will fly over there, place her gun-thing and leave. Now, here’s the fun part: the gun (should) shoot around at the pigs near it until it shoots up, so that it kills the Imperial Officer and causes the asteroid to fall onto the barrel containing the 3 gernades, the gernades will blow up, causing the stone triangle with the gun to fly rightward and either shoot while in the air or land and shoot (it doesn’t really make a big difference). It might shoot the metal TNT or not (shooting the TNT really helps) if it doesn’t, restart the level because using more than one bird will not give you 3-stars.

Tried the “official” strategy a million times. Didn’t work. Tried yours, got results on the third try. Excellent!

Couldn’t get the 1-birder, but did manage to get 3* at 122520 using @e-star‘s first shot and sending second machine gun to center bottom to take out 2 upper pigs.

@Rowdybird. Thank you! I still struggle with 1-bird. I am able to repeat for three stars by using your shot as my first shot, For second shot , send Hera on the same initial trajectory then plant the ‘gun” at the top of the rock near the TNT. It nicely takes out the rest of the level from there.

@rowdypup offered a good strategy.

I’ll all a bit of clarification. You want to send Hera across the entire top structure, past the two wooden bridges and past the right-most stone floating island. Then, once past the stone island, tap on the metal triangle within the level, just to the right and just above the red grenade box.

At this point, you can (not always) get every pig with that one bird/gun.

Three stars is 120,000, so you have to break 100,000 with your first bird. If not, just go back again.

The method in the video is too random, relying on a ricochet shot to bring down the right wooden bridge. I tried that strategy many times, and never got three stars. I never got the random ricochet that was good enough to break the wooden bridge.

I don’the understand the weapon for Hera. Why does it sometimes fail to shoot at all? I tried @rowdypup‘s technique (before I even read it here) and once the grenades explode and move her gun, it just decides to stop shooting. And it shoots different numbers of times, sometimes once, sometimes four times.

I agree, Erika, a very random weapon. I never know if it will shoot or not.

Hera’s gun will only target pigs it has a line of sight on. If it can see the pig it will shoot. If there is something in the way it will not shoot.

To three star, shoot Hera over the level. Then use the machine gun on the left-most stone triangle. Note that the machine gun needs to be very low o n the triangle. It should take out most of the pigs on the left and top and will be shot over to take care of the rest.

I got my current score of 142,390 by using Last Chance strategy. I improved 11,000 on my previous score.
