One non-character swap strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars II Escape to Tatooine level P2-4 is to launch Darth Maul straight under the first platform, unleashing his dual lightsaber as you pass by. This should cause a chain reaction and finish off the level. The score in the video below is 128,950.

New Event – Cyclonus
Wow, that was lucky. I wasn’t having much luck with the video method so I decided to experiment.
I threw Darth Maul up and over the floating platform so he would land on the bottom row on the right side of the lower platform. Basically, aim for the fourth little dude (Jawa?) from the left. The upper floating platform took off and eventually both of the lower ones destroyed the right side of the level. I think it really was luck, though.

As an aside, I think I’ve noticed that a lot of these levels require a one-bird solution to even come close to getting 3 stars…
Congrats great score! @jtb!
Was platform by any chance blown off to the lump of the bone of the top right corner?
@thee-michelle Thanks! I honestly don’t recall the exact details of the destruction. I believe that one of the platforms crashed into the ledge just below the bone pile but I can’t say for sure.
Answer thank you, @jtb!
I collide in the bottom of the lump of the bone, too. I think that probably I can expect score up like 8K if I go to the lump of the bone.
To see your splendid score, I thought whether it was possible.
Because I am the building, in the platform, the track should fall.
Thanks!
As per video first attempt!!!
Aimed Darth Maul at the intersection of the left stone block and the horizontal wood beam on the first floating platform. Waited to activate his light sabers until just after contact. This kept him spinning in place, destroying the wood and weakening the stones, but not breaking the chain. The key was to keep the chain intact and not completely destroy the stones.
The weight of the stones dropped the platcorm to the ground, causing destruction and also causing the two lower platforms to move right and smash things. Meanwhile, the stones, having been weakned by Darth Maul earlier, were obliterated when the first platform crashed. This lightened the load and the platform rose again, but because it was still attached to the chain, the chain pulled it to the right. It actually smashed and destroyed the lower pulley and flew into the bones.
So… some things on purpose, and some lucky destruction. Sounds like most high scores :)
So far this strategy has worked the best for me, however, I’m rarely able to break 130k, much less 140k…
@dbkraemer – What an excellent strat! Thanks for sharing :D You know you have a good one all I had to read was the first sentence:
“the left stone block and the horizontal wood beam on the first floating platform. Waited to activate his light sabers until just after contact.”
From there, it just worked out exactly as you said…beautifully!
Thank you. I didn’t get the bottom pulley but I’d say more skill than luck with this one. Thanks Again :D
Hi @lesleyg :) So glad this was helpful! I tried to be as precise as possible… While I’ve been helped tremendously by many strats here (some of them yours!), I’ve also seen alot of fairly vague stats posted and end up spending alot of time scratching my head trying to figure out which block or stone or tower or piggie they were referring to… :)
@dbkraemer – Well I’m glad to know my detailed strats have helped you too ;D and, I know exactly what you mean. The more details the better…after all, everyone knows I love details, lol…I am sometimes guilty over “over-explaining” :D)))
btw…I think your key tip here is in the “waited to activate his light sabers until just after contact” This is key in causing the floating platform to get the damage while NOT breaking the chain! You need it attached so that it guides the platforms to the right…Very clever indeed ;-) Now I just need to get some more “debris” points. thanks again ;D
Aimed Darth Maul at the intersection of the left stone block and the horizontal wood beam on the first floating platform.
Because @dbkraemer don’t wrote which intersection I tested many posibilities. More important is the method. Send DM at almost any element of left side of Flying Tower (FT). I try top left and bottom corner, central hit of concrete left block, left border of Nest-Ship.
Because it’s a combination of place to aim and moment to start sabre crawl I can’t say which one point work the best. Before I was at low 135K and don’t remember how? :). Now I’m improve to 137.610 / #9.
Thanks db! Stuck in the 130’s until I tried your strat. High score came when lower platform delayed liftoff and then veered to th right hitting the pile of bones. Bunch of points there, but just luck to get there.
Thanks for strat @dbkraemer. After a lot of persistence I raised my score 5k to 139k.
For those of you asking, there is only one horizontal wood intersecting (touching) the metal blocks.
Many thanks db, finally got above average with 137.9k. Tried your strat many times, but couldnt get above 132k, then it finally worked. But… fired darth maul and then went to open a bottle of beer… came back to a high score, so I don’t know exactly what happened!
Happy days :-)
Fling Darth Vader over to ships.
You can get over 138,000 points by this easy Strategy.
See Key Screenshot on http://angrybir.de/1j6UNSi
Fling Darth Vader to below top ship so that Vader’s hat hits with the ship. Activate power before hitting the top ship. Those 2 ship should activate and destroy all things in right.
Video: http://youtu.be/Zy9CJXsj65U
I got my current score (145,050) by this Strategy. Screenshots:

My strategy was to fling, fling, fling…..and fling some more. Took lots and lots and lots of tries before getting lucky and having one of the floaters go up and get a few extra points from the stack of bones.
I got 137,380 using Droideka, but I can’t say that I would particularly recommend using Droideka. More of a lucky bounce.
I used Darth Vader as described by @mpg973.
I used “last chance” strategy. 169,240
Same here. Using Battle Droid, Red Battle Droid, Stormtrooper, Shadowtrooper, Shocktrooper to destroy all wood, stone, bones, and chain. Tusken Raider to destroy cogs. Had Padme pull the bones on the east to the middle of level. Biker Scout to top of north rock to knock down the bones so they can be destroyed by lasers.
