Angry Birds Star Wars 2 Battle of Naboo Level P3-17 Walkthrough

Our non-character swap strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars II Battle of Naboo level P3-17 is another tough level. It’s a bit of a race. Fling the Battle Droid down into the water and immediately shoot up to dislodge the structure the birds on the left are hiding in. This should take out the left side. All the while the Battle Droid will be heading towards the birds on the right. The goals is to have him pop out of the water and take out the far right bird. The tricky part is getting the top left bird to fall and take out the bird hiding in the log below. Good luck! The score in the video below is 89,820.

Top score at the moment. (91,660)

Sent the Battle Droid along the same course as in the video but held off on shooting the blaster. It’s possible (tricky though) to have the Battle Droid bob all the way until right of the rightmost log. Clearing the last couple wooden blocks is annoying, but if you manage, aim the blaster all the way back at the TNT on the left.

BOOM!

I set like film few passes with max score over 90K (no wideo watch). It’s definietly 1B. I was at 88.8 K with 2B but it’s not worth of try.

AMS way is a breeze vs. oryginal one. I set many over 90K by it. Backward deep shoot at Gray TNT is nice and repetable. Worst thing is middle under water TNT which is crash proof. I squize 1.2K more and luck gone.

Hudge score will be set with all TNT expolosion and ideal timing with planet quake.

@AMslimfordy — I’ve used your strat and gotten the TNT to explode several times, but there are 2 or 3 birds left on the right. The log that shoots out doesn’t even destroy the structure protecting the TNT! Any additional hints, or do you have a video of this strat?

Similar method, but I blasted left through the two center logs just after coming up out of the water, and let the Battle Droid just fly over and knock out the right-most tower. I’ll have to give your strategy a try. Sounds like more fun and would take care of that pesky bird in the far right log.

I’m having trouble following this strategy. Once the droid is right of the right most log, there is no clear line of fire to the left most tnt. Blasting the left tnt from other angles, doesn’t really do any damage. I’m obviously missing something here!

Ah, I’ve figured it out. It’s the grey tnt in the log that you are referring to. Understand strategy now, but I can’t replicate it!

I did that on the other side (fired when the droid was right against the log so that the shots glitched past the log) and found it difficult to take down the right most bird.

BEST SCORE – EASIEST METHOD

Launch the first bird at a low arch, nearly straight right, into the water, so it skips out. After it pops out the first time, connect the grappling hook to the end of the vine on the far right. He should swing all the way around to hit the TNT box on the top right. Do this the right way and it’ll destroy everything with just one bird. My score was 107,100.

Imperial Officer. Tricky to figure out the timing, but fired similarly to the video and first set off the lower right TNT, then fired back through the two hollow logs to the left TNT, then picked off the yellow bird in the log that likes to hide and not die, then the right structure. The heavy log then falls and pulls down the top hollow log. Final score depends largely on how much chain the falling hollow logs crush. Final destruction: p3-17_finish.jpg (There’s a lot of chain left at the bottom there — a luckier fall could get a much higher score.)

Argh, finally! The little jerk in the hollow log, bottom right, was refusing to die. Taking him out with Maul got my score up to 87,000 and change, but no 3 stars. Finally hit it just right using the strat in the vid, scored 93,400.

Finally managed it by blasting the TNT inside the logs and the chain fell on the bird in the hollow log. 90830.

I’ve spent far too much time on this level today. I tried the video method and Imperial Officer, both under water and over the top of structures. No joy.
I finally increased my score by 240 points (I bet you’re impressed), by using good old Darth Vader. I sent him under water. As he got to his highest point, near the chain, I unleashed his power. It’s important to be as close as possible to right most pig so that the force takes it out too.
