Angry Birds Space Fry Me to the Moon Level 3-5 Walkthrough

The strategy for Fry Me to the Moon level 3-5 is fire the Lazer bird into the icy asteroid in the smaller gravitational. As the asteroid explodes, a small piece should reach the bubbled pig hiding amongst the space radishes. All that remains is a little luck with other debris to pop the orbiting pigs.

My tip would be to wait a few seconds so that when that lazer bird goes in, it pops the mustache pig. Also, I used the ‘bloated bird’ technique on it (didn’t use it’s ability) :)

I ended up falling a few points below average so I came back and went in a little above horizontal just grazing the space onion’s “sprout” and put target on center snow ball(s)and debris took out all the piglets and space onions…I’m sure this strat is already written somewhere.

@laurence thanks for the little tip about the mustache pig. I got an extra 1k with this! It was little quicker, too. I got dizzy watching the pigs circle around the lazer bird and debris, hoping they would get hit.

2* = 47160
3* = 51420

Only 1 tuft of grass left with this score which would still net less than 48K. So anything over 48k would be a defacto 3* bird. 51K works as well as any since destroying the ice asteroid and the 3 circling pigs gives nearly 26k alone. The bubble around the pig on the planet is about 300, so I don’t think it’s possible to get below 51K.

for some reason, I thought I had a 50k score at one point. I do not remember if it was 2 or 3 stars though. It was a one birder with minimal collateral damage. I will try to see if I can do it again.

Just fire Lazer straight(a bit up) to the front-most piggie but don’t trigger its ability. This should also give a one-birder!

I had some success with a different strategy. Treat the spinning pigs like a clock. When the mustache pig gets to about 1:30, fire the lazer bird above the stationary pig on the near planet. When the lazer bird gets near, redirect him straight down through the pig and the biggest tree thing. The tree thing will slow down the lazer bird and get him to almost stop between the two planets as the pigs come spinning into him. A little luck and I got 52k+ this way. Slim’s method seems to have more potential for biggers scores though.

Variation: launch directly after re-set but below the first pig and re-direct upwards. This will very consistently give a one-birder and three stars.

OH wow! I’m #1!! Really wish I could tell you how I did it but when I got update this morn I did what I always do & just fire away trying to 3* all levels. Pretty sure just fired over top tree & directed into ice ball & let debris do the rest. Sorry cant even remember if it was 1 or 2 birds. Guess I’m not gonna be able to beat my own score lol!!

56140 one bird..i went counter clockwise around the big planet..when lazer enterd small gravitation i triggered him at 1:00…all 3 rotating piggies hit him and he bounce out to the left and took out piggie in bushes and all 3 turnips..not a high score but 3 stars:)

Yay! 1st time for 1st place! Ok for a minute or so anyway. After trying it from a few different angles, I did the direct approach like AMslimfordy. I tried the no accelleration approach and got 3 stars but got my highest score so far by hitting the laser bird with warp speed and slammed the icy ball – it exploaded and did the damage.

This worked for me also. I released the first bird at ~2:00 and re-directed him (her?) downward to strike the ice-ball when he was over the top turnip. By delaying slightly you can hit the satellite bird on the way by which allows the broken ice ball to do a bit more damage. Took a number of attemps but near total destruction is possible with one bird. Score 56900.

@dr-dave Your strategy worked the best for me. It knocked out the mustache pig in a consistant pattern when activated over the top turnip. It was easier to see and results were in the same range for the majority of flings. Thank you!

My tip would be to:

1. Launch first bird out of orbit immediately, then redirect it right on the ice-teroid after it leaves the screen (zoomed out). Got lots of destruction here on the first try.

Repeatable: waiting 10-15 minutes, self-kills 3 circling pigs (their speeds aren’t sync’d, watch as the mustache looms closer and kills his companions).\
Shoot laser bird into ice asteroid to kill remaining 2 pigs. 3 stars, but ‘set’ score (no collateral damage this method).
eliminates “luck” and passes stage quickly with 3 stars. (fat fingers method)

It appears that perhaps this has been fixed? That, or it is device-dependent? I attempted this method with no luck as I’ve been unsuccessful in obtaining a 3-star score with any other method. Still SOL. Boo! Hiss! Whine!

I had been trying to break 54K and have what I think is a slightly modified strategy that produces higher points. I’ll describe it as best I can and see what everybody thinks. Fairly quickly after reset fire Laser as into the top of the larger gravity field. He will end up circling around behind the second planet. When laser is around 2:00 on the smaller gravity field I activate him so he shoots through the stationary pig on the ice ball, breaks the icestroid, and heads towards the 6:00 turnip on the left planet. When it works, the satellite piggy breaks apart and with all his debris, charges the left most planet and takes out the turnips and much debris. With this method I consistently had scores between 53-55K and eventually hit my current high.

Your shot, my shot, twin but different. My shot didn’t use power, but making mirrored 6 pole by launch Lazer Bird to the atmosphere surface. Hit icy asteroid. Your shot by launching Lazer Bird using power, hit icy asteroid. Amazing.

Just shoot Lazer in or outside aura and redirect it near strait down. I improved to 56 and 57K next.

Fire lazer as fast as possible clockwise around big planet, and trigger him from behind the iceteroid. Correct distance will show 3 dots for his trajectory from trigger point to the iceteroid.

I flung the laser Bird low beneath the radishes and when it was directly below the leftmost bubble pig hiding among the radishes, I launched it straight up taking out the pig. Laser bird them circled around to the right hitting the frozen asteroid. The resulting explosion then took out the remaining pigs.
