Our strategy for Danger Zone level 29 is to send the Lazer bird into the TNT just outside the gravitational pull. This is most easily done using a quick redirect. Use the next two Lazer birds to push the large asteroids into the satellite and eventually into the other planet. The score in the video below is 86,040.

89640, same basic technique just with 2 birds. First bird into the TNT as in the video, making sure something floats down to the planet and blows that TNT. Second bird to the middle of the three gray asteroids, knocking it right about ENE into the structure. Got lucky and had the bird deflect into the lowermost remaining pig, while the asteroid and structure collapsed into the planet and cleaned house. (Currently the #1 score on the leaderboard! That’s never happened for me before – how cool, even if the moment will be soon fleeting. I printed the leaderboard for posterity!)

I had been doing it this way for over a week, but didn’t have a good connection to the internet, so I was stuck at 72k and didn’t know how close to 3 stars I was. Finally, 3 stars just the way you described. Too bad the high score didn’t last, enjoy the print out. It’s nice to look back and see how well you did, isn’t it? Thanks again for the suggestions.

My strategy for this one is a little different

lazerbird1 : send him a bit higher than the 2 asteroids right outside the gravitationfield. When he has passed them, target the large normal asteroid in such a way it floats towards the tnt and blows it up. A series of events should happen (the more happen the more points)
The pig besides the tnt crashes into the large ice asteroid blowing it and its smaller brother up
The big asteroid below the ice asteroid crashes into the moon
The pig closest to itand some debris crash on the farthest planet detonating the tnt
The original targetted asteroid drops to the home planet
The lazerbird hits the small ice asteroid which falls to the home planet as wel
( this should yield 45k plus points without too much damage on the farthest planet and 4 pigs alive)

Lazerbird 2 : send towards upper half of large remaining asteroid, little for impact aim towards nearest small pig, this will deflect the lazerbird to bottom pig and asteroid taking down the three other pigs. With some luck the whole structure collapses for a nice score.

This strat will give you solid 85k+ scores and with everything goin well 90+. I reached my high score of 100k trying this method but something went wrong(?) with bird one and i missed the large ice asteroid, tnt and a heap of luck launched some debris towards it destroying it. I guess by missing those I destroyed more of the centre part, the large pig included which made the second shot fairly easy.

Great strategy Lelongue, I had been working that one out on my own but never realized more than 89K, came here and read your post, tried it again and am up to ~93K now, definitely see where 100K+ scores are possible, excellent description. I would add that if you don’t destroy the big ice asteroid with the first shot I would reset, it causes so mush destruction and adds so many points it’s really only worth continuing if you destroy it (and the TNT on the planet).

I got mine with three birds like lelongue describes with the first shot. I did the second shot as well but used third bird for big bubble pig in middle that was left and got some more debris

Hi E-Star, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for all the videos that you have provided, they’ve helped me improve my score on many occasions! I’ve been using this site to get the score addict achievements (mainly to see which levels I was scoring way below average/maximum) and just now completed Danger Zone :-) I think I’ll do Rio next!

good luck on your journey in Rio, you will have to do without my assistents, I am still working on the ABo levels. The Big Setup is delaying my progress, they proven to be a bit of a challenge to make a highscore vid.

I’ve had this score since day one without watching the video, now I watch the video and do as it shows, but my score won’t budge, I just keep getting either the same or less, the video is good nonetheless. Maybe Rovio is angry with me.

Oooh my @Kimmiecv this level is strange..instead of side to side from slingshot to planet ours IP and down..plus it moves very slow..no high impact shots. My video above is missing…i got 3 stars so I’m just going to try and finish up:( i will have to come back to raise averages a lot!! Lol

Trying random strats involving pushing the first asteroid into the tnt, I somehow got a 1 birder, but only 68,810. Crazy.

I finally got my last Score Addict achievement here.

Reinvented the wheel by using without knowing it @lelongue strategy. I was already happy to get an above average score with 86120 pts… but in fact I did it with two birds, so that I got 96120 instead!
