I found a two birder that has me in 2nd place for now. Launch the first laser bird on the count of five after a reset (you want the large round ball on top of the pile to come directly down on the vehicle, so that determines how fast you count). Send it as per the walkthrough, keeping it at the outer edge of the gravity field. When it is getting close to the tower, aim it at the junction of the pile and the surface it sits on. If you do it right, the laser bird will bounce back (maybe even hit the tower and slide down, but that’s not important) and break the wooden plank that the northern half of the tower sits on. That should cause the tower to collapse, and if you’re really lucky, it will kill the pig on its other side. If the pig survives, start over because you’ll need to use a third bird, and it’s a very hard shot to even get that pig when it’s low to the planet. The second laser bird is exactly like the walkthrough. A 70k score seems possible.

@comex666 Glad to be of assistance! It was a lot easier to quit smoking (28 years ago) than it is to stop playing Angry Birds, but someday I hope to stop and start wasting my time in other ways. Well, maybe not.

I went back and tried some more (a little OCD certainly helps you play AB). I now have the current high score of 68,920, so I think my 70k speculation was right. I didn’t think to take screenshots of that one, so I kept going until I got a couple of screenshots showing the tracks of the two shots, which are in my album. (I only got 64,890 that time, but of course they show my high score.)

Snoid strategy worked. About 100 tries. Laser bird drifted back slowly and barely touched the top of the tower before falling down the left side onto the pig which resulted in almost complete destruction of both the tower and the supporting wood. Second laser got both remaining pigs. Lucky I know. Thanks Snoid.

@mumbler63 There may have been an element of luck, but that was still some fancy shooting! It never even occurred to me that you could get the first laser bird to slide down the left side of the tower. Congrats.

@Snoid I didn’t even realize that I had the top score on this level. I haven’t played this level in a while, but just entered my scores recently. I used a slightly different strategy by sending the first bird below the planet on the first shot and aim for the triangle. You need the triangle to fall(but not move too far) and take out the platform below, the laser bird to take out the remaining pig and send the debris to take out the third pig. You definitely need a little bit of luck to get all three to work.

I may have had the same issue as Kathy. My problem was that somehow the gravity on the first planet didn’t seem as strong as that in the video- and try as I might from numerous angles, the first red bird simply sling-shot past into the orbit of the second planet.

So instead, I fired him south to graze the bottom side of the planet- he’ll roll or skip across the planet’s surface to take out the last pig. Not a high scorer but a reliable and simple way to three star if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands.

I’ve used BlueStacks to set up a macro to keep flinging until it makes a score! If you want to give it a go 1. X 70.03 Y 52.31 and as it leaves the atmosphere the aim point is X 38.51 and Y 33.58. A bit of practise will get it about right. 3 in 100 for me so not great odds. Second bird is relatively easy. Good luck.

No-one has mentioned exploding the right hand planet. I used the first two birds to do this and seemed to get random destruction that made me think a 2 birder could be done this way and easily get high score if it worked. But very tricky to get destruction fat fingering on a phone. Anyone else tried this?
