Our strategy for Angry Birds Space Cosmic Crystals level 7-16 is to nudge the boulder west of the top planet, causing it to rupture as debris falls to the surface. Use the Red bird to target the pig on the southern planet, and use the remaining birds if necessary. The score in the video below is 97,570.

New Event – Neon Sunstreaker
I found that using all the birds got the best score. First to nudge the boulder head on as per the video and explode the planet. Red to hit the rectangular counterbalance stone on the trebuchet thingy on the bottom planet. Direct purple through one of the small stones-in-a-box that have been dispersed from the ‘first’ planet into the bottom planet to explode it. Fourth bird to deal with everything in the top right corner.
Easier to do than to describe!
similar as @bikkit first bird break and top bird circles large planet an does little damage, middle bird drops stone on to pig
and golden triangle thing bottom bird takes out pig antenna and maybe pig in bubble on large planet , red bird reduced
power into stone to destroy crystal planet , laser bird past pig that you have taken antenna of off and then laser into that pig, last bird into remaining crystal planet at under pig on planet
First shot exactly as on video. However, it took several attempts until it worked the same way and the pigs on the right got killed by flying debris. Then, hit the southern planet with the red bird directly to explode it. Two birds – 104K.
1. Blue bird to base of gallows on low right planet. Split shortly before impact. Score doesn’t matter as long as the gallow collapses. (usually something like 15k with no pig alive on the planet). If the planet busts – which super rarely happens – congratulations! Maybe you can make something of it, I never could.
2. RB to stone ball – if you find it a hard to bust the planet with RB than with bluebird. Try shooting super sloooow.
Now you should have +60k with no harm done to the structures on the top right planet. If theres damage the score should be way above 60k before you continue.
3. YB through wood and rope to pig or through pig and wood through rope – up to you.
4. bomber in the rubble on the last planet.
+100k within 15 minutes this way – promise! My score was done this way and I repeated it within 50 points 2 times
Thanks for the advice. The first two birds cleared the table…!
wow congrats! I never thought my method had the potential for a 2-birder. Thank you for telling me. It required a little tactical change (the strategy is still the same) and alas – here’s a 3-birder with 108k. I’m still working on the 2-birdie.
@happyshake sorry to inch ahead of you by 300 lousy points with your original 4-bird solution.
The key with that 4rth bird is to detonate on the surface, at the rear of the debris pile; vaporize as much debris as possible and slam the rest into the stone planet.
My previous best was 105k. Hundreds of tries.
Frogs don’t jump very far in high altitudes – air gets thin.
Well, @dirgis earned over 3k more, but perhaps he’s not a frog? ;-)
I only played this level twice and then jumped happily to the next, so actually I might be a frog:-)
Quak! Now I leapfroged for even less than lousy 300 points over you ;-)
It was a 3-bird again, but a very unfortunate one. I had 91k after 2 birds with one pig left. So I had to use laser for a clean-up. If that pig had popped we’re talking of 116k scores here that are possible.
There are two possible 2-birders here. One is pretty obvious and that is if you bust the small planet with blue, and the other one wit RB and the debris of the latter explosion kills the rest. That is actually only the second best thing that can happen.
The other 2-birder that might lead to 116+ scores is only possible if blue does not destroy the little planet but damages it very much. You’ll see if it’s right when there’s a little Mercedes star at 12 o’clock.
After RB action a wood square will drift south and eventually fall on the planet and bust it.
In the meantime, ff the stars align, debris from RB action will have killed the other 2 pigs and you have the new Top Score.
@happyshake is correct. A 116+ is possible with this strategy.
My 112k was also with 2 birds.
In reference to my previous posts in this thread, with all four birds I eventually managed a couple of 108k scores and once 109k.
@rat9 What am i missing???? I do exactly as @happyshake says and i just barely made average. .i couldn’t even get 3 stars for a while:( ohh yeah tis Tuesday :):) WWhhiine Whhinne
This is a tough one @Ma. Are you getting the destruction and the star on the first shot?
Yes this is a difficult level!
I give up @rat9 this is my last attempt at a pathetic Whiinne..Whimper..Sniffle…i get the ‘M’but cannot get the rocks from upper planet to blow up the cracked lower planet:(
@Ma I wish I could do videos. I could show you. Still, it is a hard level and you did OK.
@dirgis, same here, two birds and done
Nice strategy @HappyShake
So far my highest score is only 100k. Your score is incredible.
@happyshake, @Rat9 and @burpie…I’m starting to call the rare event of the Blues blasting out the lower planet as ‘The Legend of the Baby Blues’. LOL. I can’t get that to work at all. I have gotten up to 16k on lower planet knocking down the gallows and killing pigs. Some debris flew up to top planet causing minor damage. Red does well on top planet with the falling debris falling but not wiping out lower planet for me either. I have to use all four birds. I did manage to increase my starting score on today’s challenge by little over 1k (bringing me to 103820k as of this post). But I’m just not seeing the phenomenal luck to getting close to or over 110. My whine for today. (maybe….). Still I’m happy to get up in the Top 50 group now. Congrats to all of those who can get the Legend of the Baby Blues to work for you and take it all out with the 2 birds!
@happyshake, great strategy, thank you!
@gypsybird for the 2-bird strat to work I think the lower right planet does not get destroyed on the 1st shot, you just have to crack it badly. Then the explosion of the left planet sends debris over to destroy it. Plus the added luck of the 2nd shot also taking out the pigs on the upper right planet.
I did manage to explode the lower right with the blues once (no idea how) but it didn’t seem to give an advantage. I’ve come very close to a 2-birder a couple of times but the bubble pig up top has survived each time.
Got my current 106k score with all 4 birds. I’m finding the last shot really variable in the points it gives, but I think ideally you want 80k+ after the 1st 3 shots.
Thanks for the added tip @karen68! I did just get over 104k with 3 birds! When I sent Red to top planet, this time he came down to the bottom planet, instead of floating out to upper space as normal, and did more damage to lower planet – then falling debris from the 3 boxes with the balls came down and blasted lower planet! I sent Chuck Laser bird to take out the right pigs and got the 10k bonus of not using bomb bird. Not as good as you but it gave me some faith on this level anyway. LOL.
@GypsyBird You don’t want to destroy the lower planet with the Baby Blues. You just want to hurt it real bad to get over 110k. As @Happyshake said, “You’ll see if it’s right when there’s a little Mercedes star at 12:00 o’clock”. The second shot will send one of those concrete balls into the left gravity field of the lower planet. This will finish him off and take out the remaining piggies to the right. Easy-peasy. lol
Thanks @rat9 for more detail! I did end up with some more points, bringing me to 106k. I’ll keep going back to this level until I finally get the better destruction with 2 birds. I never give up totally. Sometimes have to move on for a while and shake off the OCD a little. I might be having a bit of confusion on the statement from @happyshake about a ‘Mercedes star’…I’m not sure what that is or what it looks like…I’ll watch for it when I can play again (doing that SW MOE 5-20 glitch right now…rolling along) – of course I did just bring up AB Space on my PC so I may be able to get this to work on computer.
@GypsyBird Mercedes uses the star as their trademark. You see it on the grill of all their cars. It will appear on the upper middle portion of the lower crystal bubble one hit before it is destroyed.
I thought of the Mercedes Benz symbol (star) after I posted but still wasn’t positive that is what you meant. Thanks for responding with the clarity! I’m a knucklehead. LOL. I’m going back to this level again and look for that star.
@happyshake many many thx for strat.
here a two-birder
first bird right planet busts
second not full power, clear the rest
a video with only 105k:
https://youtu.be/j0FcTpmo_CA
I sent first bird to in between the planets to get the piggies in the upper right. You have to wait for the bottom right antenna pig to sway to the right a bit. Send Blues just outside of the upper large planet’s gravity circle and split a “split” second before they make contact with that bottom right swaying antenna pig. When they split, they will take out that pig, the other right antenna pig and cut through the skinny plank dropping the boulder to get top right pig and yellow crystal. Here’s a screenshot showing the trajectory:
http://angrybir.de/1a8tHTc
For the second bird, I sent red to hit the top left boulder. The planet exploded more often when I sent red slightly left of center at a slightly lessened speed. After it explodes…one of the squares with the cement ball in it will fly down to the bottom crystal planet causing it to crack a bit, getting it ready for the Laser bird.
Third, send Laser bird on the flat part of the bottom crystal planet just left of the wood. The planet should explode, Viola! Easy enough alternate three birdie ;-) GL
For those ho are in a hurry: one-birder for 98k.
Ok, not a high- or even a topscore: http://angrybir.de/1gy4ita
Oops, forgot th strat. Here it is: blue one at hanging boulder, split half way so that the left bird hits the boulder – it should fall into the atmosphere, taking the rest with him – while the other two blue birds damages the planet. And then it’s party
@happyshake‘s strat definitely deserves a vid. Here is an example:
https://youtu.be/y1WMfPJAuok
I am still not good at finding an efficient way to badly damage small planet after 1st shot, nor to make a two-bird finish, but at least what is shown here works. However, you may find some more clever aiming, timing, splitting combinations that do the job faster that I did.
“@happyshake is correct. A 116+ is possible with this strategy.”
Whoever said that shoud have added “But only if you spend an insane large amount of time on this” (more than 20 hours for me).
New top score proof:

I am glad I’m done with this one. Understanding how to perform the strat was pleasant but endlessly flinging before stars aligned perfectly was not.
