Ermmmm I think my noodles are finally fried ;( Either I wrote a comment and forgot to hit send or I’m writing comments in my dreams because I was sure I’d posted something in here!?! Anyhooo I basically followed the vid by @e-star (nice one hon!) Waited for a food firs bird score (think I had around 50k) Like video,lazer should stay in the area it hits and not float down breaking the right hand wing or impeding the rockets path. 2nd shot exactly like vid,hoping for a good rocket landing on North planet. Also hoping for one of the Blues to gradually fall to South planet smashing up debris on the floor. Now I’ve just pinched myself so I’m definitely awake so I’m hitting send!!

Well i know i have a not so bad score But i reallly reallllyy want to break 100k.. I’m doing everything following the video to a tee:( so I’m resorting to. .. you guessed it

I’m playing “follow the leader” in that I too followed @e-star Walkthrough video & just managed 102650 on iPad. Finally I’m above average as I was stuck less than 600 below average at 97590. I certainly need a whole lot more practice as I never got anywhere close to 50k with the 1st shot like @jlz-666. I’m pretty sure my best 1st shot was the 47990 I managed this time. Lots more Brass Hogs still below average & some like 9-6 are driving me crazy so perhaps I’ll try whining on that page & see if it works ; -)

I’ve gotten several 102k scores with the walkthrough method but my 104k was with a different strategy…

Shot 1: go over and just past the satellite pig, then cut back through his wooden box, hoping to clip the left structure on the planet. You can get all 3 buildings to collapse this way. My best score after shot 1 was 57k but I’m happy to continue with anything over 53k.

Shot 2 goes just over the rocket pig – the aiming line goes through the glass blocks. Trigger to get the lower bird to launch the rocket.

thx @burpie for the good strat. and details.
first bird over the satellite.
you must find the point, that the bird hit the wood, hit the stone and than the bird
hit the left tower.
all tower are break.
second bird, the target is the first ice-block from satellite, split after a half second (find the point),
the rocket should fly straight.

@sweetp Just realized I did not post my score for this level during the challenge day. Does that small mistake keep me from getting a puppy? I had posted the picture of my tally score during the challenge.

Yes, @jtwade. That is why we have a countdown clock for the daily challenge. To be fair to everyone playing the challenge, all scores are timestamped. It wouldn’t be right if I awarded you a puppy because your score was not entered within the 24-hour time. Then I’d be awarding puppies to everyone who beat the previous high score and didn’t enter it on the leaderboard on time. That is just not fair.

Posting of a score is the main point of the challenge, the screen cap and strat used are just supporting evidence to validate the puppy.

@sparty89 Read the rules as written, no where does it say you have to enter a score, just beat the high score and provide a tally score pic. @sweetp just doesn’t like that they were wrong and could have easily awarded the badge as proof was provided according to what the website actually written the rules to say, even though it is implied that one should post a score, them ain’t the rules as written.

Exactly like @comex666 video, or should I say a tiny but different to explain that 10 points difference?

For sure, that’s a puppy by the smallest of all margins.

For my 105-score I used first bird like @burpie, but the lower left piggy survived, so I had to go with @e-star for the second (aiming under the rocket and split early). Thank you both!
