Alternative strategy to video
I found that directly impacting the rock/ice block only occasionally produced a double chunk of ice and even then it usually hit the antenna dish.
Aim red at the hollow block at bottom right of main structure adjacent to bottom right pig, aim to hit block at midpoint. Red bounces of block and collides with the large icicle on the left hand side of the rock/ice block, in turn it explodes to produce (nearly every time) a large double chunk of ice which floats up past the antenna and collides with the upper right rock cluster, initiating a chain reaction. How far this progresses depends on luck. You can use the other birds to mop up as required or keep the faith and end up with a one birder as I did.

I can only get the far left boulder to explode about 5% of the time, and even then it doesn’t always get the far left small pig, and many times that is the only one left after the first bird. There is always too much debris in between to take it out with the blue bird, but sometimes there is an unused blue meteor fragment near that left boulder that can be hit, and it then explodes the boulder, which sends out a fragment taking out the pig. That’s how I’ve gotten my three highest scores, though the one-birder has been so close so many times!
