I shot like video, but skim the very top of the upper planet’s grav field. Split the second you leave the field, and your left birdlet will circle the bottom planet and hit the antimatter/flux capacitor/explody thing for more points.

I did not spend much time on this level, but I did not find that hitting both energy stuffs changes significantly the overall score.

But if one wants to do this, I have found it easier to do with reduced speed. I believe that the is a combination of aiming point/velocity/splitting point that allows to hit both energy stuff and the toxic-roid, but I have not found it yet.

@sglouk Given the small differences between the highest scores, every bit helps. If I can send a birdlet into an exploding thing instead of a rock, I’ll always do it :)

Also, I learned the hoses like the one attached to the antimatter/flux capacitor are worth ~325 points per segment. That n-shaped one could be worth 3-5k, plus any damage from the explosion.

Great idea on the reduced-speed shot. I’ll have to try that. It’ll be difficult to hit, but should work better. Hopefully someone will find an easier shot soon :)

Hi Kelani,
I think CCW direction is better. Aim at outer gravity and spilit in front of poison stone(?). Mission for BB is to push crashed one of poision stone to pig next to battery(?). Woonden box should be crashed. The battery will blow out stones then everythings will be clean up.

58k is possible with this strat.

Sigrid, It’s wonderful score. I thought it may be possible since many debris was left but you proved.

One comment for helping other people.
If you adjust BB splitting timing, split middle BB will go upper left planet, not to right planet, then will touch/break ice.

Thanks @romo for counter-clockwise, split before green stuff. It took lots of tries (well not really when considering I’ve spent days or weeks on some of the old SW levels,) but it finally came together for an 87k 1-birder with both flux capacitors igniting. The first time I managed a 1-birder only the flux capacitor without the hose (on the right planet) ignited & my score was an oh-so-sad 80630 which was only 1200 points above my 2-birder. Now that was 1 disappointing score, but patience, persistence & perseverance paid off & not 15 min later the 87k happened. At least it’s a respectable rank for the time being as I need improve lots of other levels.

I think I agree with Romo now. CW may be good, but it’s a tough finesse shot. CCW is more wash-rinse-repeat, but makes getting a good score easier.

Danke to @comex666 for his video. Damage varied several thousand points with each 1-birder, and my 91,280 score still had a lot of remaining debris. So, I’m confident higher scores will be achieved.

Apparently, I failed to get a screen shot of my High Score screen. Luckily, and likely more useful to others, I did get a screen shot of the final debris just before receiving the 3 bird x 10K bonus:
