One strategy for Angry Birds Short Fuse level 28-15 is to fling a Yellow bird through the ice wall in the top-right corner of the level. The chain reaction that follows can vary a bit, but ideally the right half of the level should be cleared. Use a Shockwave Black bird to clear the stones from the left half of the level. As needed, bomb the tripling potion to infect the nearby piglet and/or piggy chemist. The score in the video below is 219,230.

Patience, nothing else. No skill needed – most of us can hit one way or the other the right side TNT with YB, the rest is luck. There is a chain reaction starting with he gas cans, and if the womb-position tiny pig hits the multiplier bottle first and the bloater bottle after that, then you have three stars. If not at all, or the other way round, you just don’t have three stars, and it has nothing to do with you :)

Repetition until you get the blue and pink potions to combine their effects is the key to a high score. 1-Birder is possible but be prepared to launch 2nd bird into nearby debris pile because there is potential for more points than 10k for the unused bird.

Use the YB in a low arc to take out the wooden block under the far right pig sets up a chain reaction which with luck gets a double tripling potion and the pink potion. Use shockwave blackbird to clear the remaining left hand pigs.

I managed 258k with a similar method, though not an easy shot. High arc to nick the wooden block to right of the highest left pig, knocking the lower stone block down through the next lower pig and ice to start the aforementioned chain reaction. BB low-ish left to finish.

@Irishredhead, any one else with a score above 150 –Congrats on your great scores! Any additional tips? did you get all 3 potions to combine? If so, how? Were you just repeating mindlessly, or was there a specific sequence of events you were hoping for? I haven’t even gotten to average yet. : (

@MVNLA2 Yes, the two blue potions and the pink combined on the pig in the bottom ice square. Here is an example of that happening. http://angrybir.de/1fP7W04. Then be sure to throw the BB in quickly, lower than in the video—at the rusted pipe below and manually explode for maximum damage and points. Hope that helps.

@Irishredhead — Thanks! So it would have been a 1 birder if you hadn’t thrown the second bird? What I meant by the 3 potions combining was to get the orange potion to combine to combine with the pink and (2) blue, so I really should have said 4. Any tips on aiming the first bird?

@MVNLA2 yes, it would have been a one birder if I hadn’t thrown the second bird. I did not get the orange potion in the mix, just the two blues and the pink. As long as you break the glass, I don’t think the aim of the first bird matters because the TNT is easy to break. What matters is where the rockets go afterwards and the amount of damage they do. That, of course, is strictly luck (maybe the luck of the Irish?). :-)

Not sure if this qualifies as an alternate strategy but I got my high score by following the video but launching the second bird quickly into the structures at the left. 1st bird got all pigs — blue and pink potions combined for maximum effect — and I saw that the final score with a two-bird bonus would not raise my existing 256k score. So, I quickly launched the second bird hoping that the additional damage would exceed the bonus; it did.

I should have added — you have to be quick to launch the seond bird if you are fortunate enough to get all pigs with the first bird. Watch the score and rapidly aim the slingshot if you calculate a 1-bird total that is not high enough for you. Otherwise, the sling is “frozen” while the program starts to tally your score.

First bird is one of @steviep147‘s RNGs, just need full tripling and wide destruction well over 200k. Second bird I lodged at the bottom left hand corner of the left hand construction, just where the pipe bends upwards. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Probably several hundred attempts. Personally I wouldn’t bother!
