Angry Birds Seasons Wreck the Halls Level 1-23 Walkthrough

The best strategy for Wreck the Halls level 23 is to use the White bird to bomb the TNT. The lower the trajectory of the White bird, the lower the trajectory of the stones. It takes a few tries, but high scores will follow. Use the Yellow birds as necessary. The score in the video below is 77,080.

Mega congrats to the people who were able to figure out the glitch on this level and score some crazy scores.

Next time, any chance any one of you could post here about the glitch before it is fixed and no longer available to anyone???????? (isn’t that what these boxes are for?)

That’s about the size of it @Kathy, but at least you are above average. Only way to access the glitch is with a previous version. The strategy was not posted until after most had installed a newer version. I disagreed adamantly about allowing those scores, but it seems nobody would see it my way. Take a deep breath and move on :/

Actually @bonneypattycat I was quite intrigued by the comments/debate here and decided to Still try to improve my score, there aren’t that many with the high scores and i managed to barely make it into the top 100 if I were trying for top scores i would completely agree with you that glitch scores shouldn’t be allowed ON ANY level or episode because there will always be others that come behind with upgraded versions that have absolutely No Chance of obtaining a high score!

I agree @Kathy, just like the Santa Hat glitch in Season’s Greedings. If it were up to me, I’d split the leaderboard for those scores made with the glitch, and another after the update that fixed it. Oh well, time to move on out and not looking back!

I am a little bitter about this glitch being a bit hush hush until after it was fixed. I did not start playing AB until after the Santa Hat glitch was fixed so I have no complaints about that. But this one seems like it was a dirty little secret for a select few.

The Anchors Away glitch was disputed when first mentioned until it was verified by others. This one seems to have been OK’d right away with little or no supporting verification.

And to the people who say “Just root your phone, find an old version and your set”. Not everyone here is capable or willing to root thier phone. (for many different reasons). Besides, one shouldnt have to root their phone to be able to compete on a level playing field. The Santa Hat glitch, and Anchors Away were very well known and documented for quite a while where everyone had a chance to exploit it. I don’t believe that was the case for this level.

Have been reading all the comments here, so obviously this “glitch” thing is a contensious issue. Looking at the top scores, this glitch has resulted in a difference of 100,000 points between just 1st and 14th place, which to me is patently ridiculous. It makes gameplay and fair competition on this level nonsense, and a waste of time. There have been some attempts to justify this, but the bottom line is you cannot justify the unjustifiable. Other glitches on other levels ihave been fixed it seems, and score adjustments made, but not here. So to “protect” the top scores of the lucky few, all other players have to accept a different standard. It’s not right.

I think this is a great site and I use it all the time, but in this instance I think the admin guys have dropped the ball big time.

I’m popping along ages after everyone else and must confess to really disliking these FIXED GLITCHES Why do Rovio feix them fir godness sake, can’t they just lea e them for everyone and a level playing field. They know we compete on leaderboards and everyone covets good (if not top) scores so why do they disadvantage late comers? I recall being in the middle of a glitched game and had scored 1.9mil but hadn’t quite figured out the last shot. The update came through with a FIX in place and ruined the entire thing. It was so upsetting I’m still not ‘over it’ so it doesn’t matter if a glitch was available for aclong time. If it’s not available to everyone it ruins the integrity of the level.

Not even going to bother trying to better the score here now I know there used to be a glitch. I can’t access.
