Angry Birds Seasons Winter Wonderham level 1-13 was first available on Thursday, December 13th, 2012. Fling Blue bird between the stone triangles on the right structure to destroy the pigs and the gift box. Send Stella on the left side of the tower and trigger upon impact. The bubbles should lift the blocks and destroy the remaining pig. The score in the video below is 89,510.
Bonus! Our Winter Wonderham level 1-13 Mighty Eagle walkthrough is live as well!
First Bird long and high, between two stone peaks to get pigs and present at right.
Pink Bird at blue ornament in left tower to clear remaining pigs
3 Star – 84,450
1s – 69,110
I think the question is how best to optimize this strategy. I was able to get the top stones to crash through most of the snow and almost completely eliminate the top structure; following it up with the same second shot you suggested got me 94980.
I’ve also gotten three stars at 82k with all four birds, as only about three stone blocks and four snowblocks were left on the screen.
I agree. Clearing the whole tower on the right with the Blue Birds should give 40-41k. The second shot is the trick bit here.
You need to ensure that it topples the top-half of the tower a bit to the left by just hitting the Pink Bird a bit top and slides down to activate her power auto-matically. I don’t see a 1-Bird solution yet, so a score near 95-100k is possible I guess.
This strat has the potential of a one-birder, if you break wood block holding up stone, they’ll start slipping and sliding, to take out left building (just need to hit snow block at bottom right). I’ll keep trying. Best: 3 Star – 91,890
If there is a one-birder here, it’s got to be a very lucky shot, with stones or birds rolling down to hit left tower.
Best: 3 Star – 96,300
I have gotten a one bird. One of the blue birds hits the bottom slope of the stone pyramids and bounces down to take out the snow block on the left tower. Did not get three stars.
I couldn’t get the block to break. The bird just kept bouncing off. The up side is that given enough shots, I was able to clear the right side with just a couple exceptions and then a well placed pink took out the left as described by @iammighty. I can live with 95,840.
One birder will need a lot of luck but this is definitely the winning strategy.
Can also use pb to pick up far right triangular stone when bubbles form as dropping through fairy lights. Triangle will land on ice slope and continue to garner additional points as it slides to the bottom. If there is minimal debree remaining after 1st shot with bb to left tower, it will take out the stingy pig on the very bottom of that tower.
The easier and more consistent method is to split bb over right snow blocks, then alternate location and when bubbles inflate when flinging pb at left tower-IMHO. 94800 achieved this way
Thats how I did it…there were only two ice blocks left on the right side…pink birdie destroyed most of the left structure…BUT…a one-birder seems to be possible as two of the blue birds ran ddown to the right structure and nearly crashed the ice block at the bottom right of the left structure…I think if it breaks the left tower would collapse as well
2 birds 83590. Blat first tower with blue bird, drop pink bird on the fairy lights of the far complex. MANY more points available.
Alt: Blue bird to ice cube [click] in left tower, should bring it down and clear 3 pigs.
Pink bird high and long to just between stone peaks, should lift them to fall on pigs and present
3 Star – 85,520
first bird to the first tower, explode just before the ice block. pb into the center of the tower knocking out most of that tower and final bb into the remains of the 2nd tower.80870
95240, two birds.
Send the first one in the heart of the snow block. With a little bit of luck, it will collapse almost completly (~40.000 points). Shoot the 2nd bird one block over the blue ornament.
i agree! key is to get mucho destruction/points on 1st bird=high 30s, havent seen 40s yet. aiming for wood block under furthest stone triangle top. 2nd bird, hit right tower for some wobble & fall + bubble up & drop= just above and or below blue ornament.

94.830 with 2 birds
94k/2b so far – first high arch to the back pile of snow for about 35-38k
second bird straight ahead to tower MPAD (Moonsabres Push and Drop) and hope for good destruction.
Happy shooting everyone!
96k/2b same madness so far – @schattiphoto – Been watching your scores lately, as usual you’re “shooting” a beautiful game! Hope all is well in your world.. Marc
Hey Marc, nice to hear from you! I’m doing more than fine (Winter is slowing everything down here) – so more time for family, more time for flinging some birds…
I hope all is well with yourself too, looking forward to compete and share some strategies with you.
All the best
p.s.: up to 99k/2b with a wonderfull 41k first :)
Hey schattiphoto great score, been tracking your excellent progress bravo!
Just hit 97400 with this strat, 41k with 1st bird too. Have you seem the one birder yet? I hit it by accident earlier, gonna try and pull it off again, higher score possible I think!
thanks a lot, you know how time consuming it can be – but it’s definitely worth it :)
I’ve tried the one birder, but there was never a score worth mentioning…
@schattiphoto hey how ya been..you wouldn’t happen to have a screenshot of that first shot..its killing me..
Hey @marc987 long time no see..any help you guys can elaborate on would be greatly appreciated:)
Hi – @kathy everything is fine on my side hope you are doing well too.
Here’s a screenshot of my first:
Ty @schattiphoto i am well:) thanks for the screen shot I’m slowly improving with that trajectory :)
95k by putting first bird into the structure on the right and making it multiply once it’s close to the lights when going in on a downward angle. Second pink bird at first structure second block up from bottom and trigger her immediately. Let me know if I should try to explain better
Disappointing to come here and find both strats I used already posted! Found 3* more consistently (90600) with same strat as Westmiller than Bikkit’s – do you think a 1 birder is possible if stone blocks from snow structure could be made to slid along ice to first structure?
I agree. In my defence I was simply posting an early 3 star strategy and not claiming it was the bestest method possible! Happy flinging!
I was impressed with your alternative! I’d tried that and failed but persisted when I read your strat! Aren’t you glad we’re in a time zone that means its normal waking hours when the level becomes available!
we’re not in a time zone @mumsie42 we’re on real time, it’s everybody else that’s in a time zone. It’s very similar to the definite fact that I don’t have an accent…
Got a 1 birder – pure fluke – mistimed blue bird and one clipped top block on first structure but very poor score 77550.
Hey @mumsie ditto!! Had 2 of the blues hit the stone triangle & bounce back to hit the snow on bottom left. Poor mid 70k score. Def need 2 birds for high points. I’m up to 97k so far, would love to hit 100k but there would have to be zero debris left!
Oops @mumsie42 sorry, thought we were in the pub Lol!
One birder 83090
2 Birds – 93k (almost had a 97k -_-)
1 Bird – 74k
I’m having more luck throwing the first bird more straight as opposed to a high arc; it seems more likely to break the snow block under the highest rock tower that way, for more destruction.
The most repeatable way of attacking the snow pile I found is as follows: Aim so that the bird would hit about at the right corner of the lowest of the two stone triangles if you didn’t split it. Split somewhere after the bird has passed the first tower but before it has reached the mid point between the two structures. The object is to have the upper bird destroy the long snow block just under the uppermost “roof”, and the middle bird go through the snow blocks in the middle of the structure.
For the second bird I think it is best to aim at the blue globe.
Nice aiming tips, you really need to take out that snow block right of the Santa pig with your 1st shot. 2nd I also aimed right at the block with the blue ornament & activate immediately.
I guess it was only a matter of time before my least favourite thing about the Christmas episodes showed up – a big pile of snow blocks & the blue birds. At least this isn’t as bad as some of the previous ones :)
@karen68, I don’t mind the snow and blues ss much as the pink bird! She is close to replacing the green bird as my least liked. Thanks for the tip about the blue ornament – @f91jsw thanks to you, as well. I improved 3k, so far. If only we had a nice black bomber :)
@wanda oh dear, & there’s been an abundance of pink birds in WW so far. I don’t mind her too much but there are times when I still struggle with working her properly.
@karen68 – nice score, girlie girl! Thanks for the tip – just started this level so no score yet. I’m not overly fond of Stella(?), but I’ll take her over the fat white birds. Happy flinging.
Thanks @duffy, yes her name is “Stellaaaaa…” (that’s my best Brando imitation).
Nice score, I found this level pretty tough, needed hundreds of flings.
LoL! @karen68 My thought exactly when I saw this snow block, blue bird level….I was just waiting on it! It seems though we’ve been given a simple strategy, clear as much of the right side as you can with blues & the same with pink to the left…….yeah right! I now rinse/repeat if I don’t get 40+ on 1st shot which has led to a very frustrating afternoon;( not as much as 1-11 *whimper*
@JLZ-666 I just hit 99k with only 38k after the 1st shot, I got more destruction than usual from pinkie & the front tower, almost nothing left of it. Not sure how, same 2 shots as always. One of those AB moments I guess. Still don’t like the snow blocks… Good luck :)
@karen68 Noooo you’re kidding;( I’ve been hitting refresh after 38k! I really didn’t think it was possible but I trust you & I guess the points are in the concrete blocks of the first tower. Well done that’s a great score!!!
@jlz-666 I didn’t think so either, there were 3 or 4 snow blocks left on the right. But there was nothing but a cracked piece of stone left from the tower. I usually restarted with less than 40k but was playing around with the 2nd shot a bit so I was flinging it whatever my score was.
And you’ve got a pretty good score yourself! :)
@karen68 and @jlz-666 I was feeling pretty good about my 96k, came here and wow! Great scores, both of you:). Now, back to flinging. By the way, I got my 96k with only 37k after first bird. I have had 41k after the first bird a few times- I could have had close to top score if I could have two good shots together.
Thanks karen68 for the tip on hitting that snow block. It is a challenge to hit but it appears to be the key for good destruction on the right structure.
97770…In order to get high scores you have to destroy as much of the snow on the right hand side, at least 42-43k then a bit of luck when the first tower crumbles
I found that if you hit the block with the ornament, the wooden block falls down on the pig under the right tower.
I made the mistake of getting a better score on my iPad this morning than my iPhone. Look like I will be trying to beat that today.
iPhone – 93710
iPad – 95060
Try launching Blue at lower trajectory and split upon release so Jay will go through to the right structure, Jake will bounce off of the vertical wooden block on top of left structure (destabilize it and into the right structure, aiding the previous one), and Jim will further destabilize the left structure by hitting somewhere between the hollow wooden square and horizontal wooden block below. I’ve managed a 1-birder (with luck) twice this morning for around 90k. I suppose more luck can add up to mid 90s… :)
Agree with the lower trajectory, top bird takes out the top snow block in the gap, lower bird takes out the lower snow column, split about 3/4 of the way in. Second shot aim for the blue ‘bauble’ in the tower and lift as soon as it hits. High-ish consistent scores available. Usual AB conditions, depends a bit on luck with the level of destruction. Good luck.
Another take on aiming – shoot blue bird so that the angle of the slingshot is the same as the angle do the ice pyramid that it sits on. Shot the pink bird so that the angle of the slingshot is parallel to the ground. I consistently get in the upper 80’s to mid 90’s that way
Used my birds the same way but scored over 90,000. Mine collapsed the whole top then almost knocked down the bottom when it hit the bottom right side where the snow is the used my pink bird to finish. I beleave it can be done with the first bird if someone kept trying. I almost had it twice.
Very interesting level this is, the higher the collateral damage to the right side structure, at least 40k+, the more likely one can score higher, provided of course that you can bring down the entire left side structure pigs and all with your second shot. 1-Birders here are very low scorers, my highest was 75k, so don’t even bother to try, and 3-Birders will put you at best, at 2 stars.
Be a rebel and don’t split Blue Bird. That’s right, three is greater than one unless you need a pinpoint shot with maximum mass. Force is equal to mass multiplied by velocity so use the force… to undercut the cap on the right side. I know, it doesn’t make sense that a rifle would do more damage than a shotgun against a big ol’ target like this. But then again, how many snow-block castles built on a 45-degree slope have you encountered lately? Thought so. Got ~40,000 by not tapping; same trajectory as before, approximately 45-degree lift off. For those of us who don’t have an advanced degree, how about aiming between the “1” and “2” or 1:30. If you can’t tell time on an analog clock, try halfway between ground level and straight up overhead. Sorry, didn’t wanna hafta answer lotsa questions later. You want Blue to hit right past the non-exploding Santa hat worn by the pig embedded in snow blocks between the cement caps. I didn’t say this was any easier but it seems to be more effective at clearing this stubborn structure. Aloha.
94730 – Instead of a higher arc for the first bird, I went directly over the first tower closer to it(about an inch up on my PC screen, zoomed out), and split to where one hit the front snow blocks, and another hit the back snow blocks. Admittedly, there was some ‘trickle down’ to clear a lot of the right side. This got me around the 40K mark.
Second bird to the blue ball box and bubble as it hit. There was not much left there to destroy.
Sorry @surfcow. I taped my protractor to the screen on the sling, but still could not get it as you described. Must leave the engineering tools behind, and do it by gut and by golly!
Note: no invaluable strategies, tips, cheats or revelations are contained in this post, so feel free to skip right over this one. However, may even discover why this Walkthroughs area is sometimes referred to as “The Whine Country.” You’re welcome.
@Liam – you must have one of those newfangled iPad Maxi devices that I keep hearing about, especially if you can even consider attaching any type of tractor to it – whether it’s a semi-pro tractor, amateur tractor or even an old John Deere – that’s one large screen!
Your suggestion to do it by gut; well, that’s my kinda approach. Of course I do almost everything by gut since us cattle have rather extensive digestive systems. My stomach has four compartments (pretty cool, huh?) which allows me to eat and use otherwise indigestible foods by repeatedly regurgitating and re-chewing them as “cud.” In fact, my philosophy towards Angry Birds is based on what I call “the Cud Principle.” Simply put, when I come up against a difficult Angry Birds episode, I regurgitate the hard-to-pass levels and re-play them until they are soft and easier to three-star. Much like the Daily Challenge and its ability to make even the most annoying levels somewhat palatable by providing the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.*** Aloha.
*** Surfcow’s campaign for the High IQ badge has officially begun. Beware of flying cow chips!
Love the tractor comments! LoL
@Liam You are correct. ABN members generally lack engineering skills. When they say aim at 45 deg. they might mean anything >0 and 20 and <70. If they say 30 degrees, it's even less help, because you don't know if it's 30 from vertical or horizontal.
Not to mention some people see to have opposite views on the meaning of zoom in and zoom out.
Interesting level, which look easy but it’s not ;). So many scorable angles. I climb from early 82 to 94 K+. 92K+ is much harder to do. Right structure is durable indeed. I quit for today, I’ll be back.
I’m back with 40.6K at first shoot and 97.320 total. Made by flatter arc.
Just made 101740, using the 2-bird strat everyone’s mentioned here. The key on the first shot is getting the snow block just above the santa hat with the topmost bluebird after the split. 41K+ — only upper three snow blocks left. Second shot just above blue ornament, triggered just after impact to pop the horizontal snow block at the base of the tower.
Needs a fair amount of precision on the first shot, although not as tight as the previous two levels. “Just like bullseyeing womp rats in Beggar’s Canyon back home, and they’re not much bigger than two pixels…”
A bit late to the party, but the averages in WW where killing me this year, so it took a while longer to get the right video. I did the same as the video on top, but to get a great score you need around the 40k to succeed. I got 96250 with the 2 birds.
Here is my video.
Back after a few years and i still hate this level! I can’t even match my old score so seeing it’s almost Tuesday
I swear those snowblocks are bricks in disguise!!
101210 with 2 birds.
With the same strategy as everybody else. Send the Blues quite low, splitting late. Here is a very good result after the first bird.
Then Stella to take care of the left tower, and this is the result for my best score.
Obviously more is possible. Have I had the same first bird 103k was withing reach.
Anyway, this is the highscore screenshot.
same as @asher many thx for pictures.
here my video with 100k:
