@admins 157k is 2 stars, 158k is 3 stars
Thanks @karen68 The threshold is pretty low this week.
And the bar is high. 1st bird to balloons. All 4=800pts and with even more luck, the right-hand structure might collapse. RB to second structure roof and hopefully take out the remaining pigs. WB to bomb first structure roof and big red to destroy second structure(if right-hand structure has collapsed – – – if not, fling big red to take it out the far right structure) before timing out.
I used an arc that peaks at pig under balloons. Thru pig into mast. Hundreds of shots and I can count on one hand how many times that weak point showed up. White bomb inbetween peak and sat antenna on house 1. Let it go so it tumbles thru balloons which slows it down and falls on boat. Big Red into boat remains or 2 houses (or bounce like video) if that pig is still on Island) with Red landing in boat debris. lol. Good luck. I have been flinging this one for at least 2 hours a nite for a week. Its a toughie for me. I said it might be harder. I still believe that.
1) Chuck into base of middle tower, leaving the top part suspended in the air
2) Red into balloons holding top part of middle tower (now floating)
3) Matilda drop Egg between 2 houses/cabins on left side
4) Terence into Pirate Ship- thing on far right
There’s no way to make that second shot unless you are using power-ups.
Yellow bird in an arc that goes through pig beneath the balloons and into boat so that it splits it in half — ideally both halfs fall to left and right (140-152K), but it is okay if just right half falls and left side is still upright. In that case red bird to lowest brown verticle stick at base of tower.
If first bird cleared right tower than red to wooden ball on right red house, drop Matilda’s egg on left red house between wooden ball and metal triangle, finish with Terence going to concrete supports beneath right red house. If red was used to bring down far right tower then same 3rd and 4th shots.
@kareen great score! I so see the beauty of what you have accomplished, but my ability to reproduce has but subpar so far. Where on the right structure does the YB need to strike to split and drop it? Thanks!
Thanks @captrec — YB hits the middle of the sailboat right about at the fault line that tends to break the structure in half. More often than not only the right side falls but as long as center pigs are gone, and the left half of tower is upright I’ve had good sucess with red to the bottom brown support. Even with 150K at this point, and Matilda getting rid of the buzz kill left wooden ball and bringing down balloons, my 235K+ scores have relied on Terence with the best outcome being much of the left house knocked into the water along with Big Red bobbling and breaking up stuff. I’ve been able to repeat 235K+ a couple of times — good luck and I hope this helps.
Sorry, I meant right house knocked into the water.
Wow @kareen, fantastic score!
What part of the boat did the bird strike? I’ve hit it a dozen different ways, but the boat is determined to stay together.
Never mind, now that I refreshed my screen I see your post above :)
Thanks @bonneypattycat. Even a little right of the fault line works in getting a good drop of the right half of the sailboat tower. So I encourage you, @captrec and others trying this strat to go with red if the left half is upright enough to fall left. I think my 248,670 was achieved this way and my previous 242K, when I posted my strat, was with YB bringing down both sides of the tower for 150K.
@kareen — Thanks! I got above average trying to follow your strat, but I still don’t know what you mean by the “fault line” on the boat. Can you give a better description? Thanks again.
@mvnla2 — shortly after the level starts the right tower settles and a verticle crack between the white boards in the sailboat forms. Sometimes it’s more pronounced because too much of the tower has shifted to the right to get a good split. YB coming in at or slightly right of that split separates the top railings on the boat so the halves can fall. For the left half to fall not only does it have to be upright but also top heavy with railing and mast parts. I hope that helps.
@Kayreen — Thanks! Yes that helps a lot. I hadn’t noticed that “fault”. What device are you playing on?
@kareen does Chuck need to hit the fault line directly, or just land on it? He loses his oomph after going through the pig under the balloons and I’ve had him kinda tumble onto the fault line ahead of the sail:( still not sure if that’s the right one as I see another after the sail, which i mentioned above that seems unreachable. Any help would be great, I’ve tried @f91jsw over and over but just can’t make it work: ( or is that how you got your current score?
I’m sitting at #101 desperately trying to at least get into the top 100 lol, how sad: (
Wwwhhhiiinneee
@kathy — the strat I describe won’t help you get above your current score. Keep on trying f91jsw’s approach, that’s what got me my current score. GL!
Cc @f91jsw meant to add you to the above question to kareen, is it necessary to break the wooden ball on the left of the roof as well as breaking the floor board? I’m almost getting it, but every time i think I’ve got it, I don’t: (
Hi @kareen, do you maybe have a screenshot how to aim Chuck? I never get him high enough that he hits the pig and goes straight into the ship thingy.
Hey @trishohara, sorry for the delay in my response but I had to wait until I had time to replay it as I didn’t have any screenshots. Although I have had six 140K+ shots thus far, and twice almost had 150K (couldn’t get thrown right cabin debris to kill lone pig near it on center), I am intrigued by @f91jsw‘s strat. It seems to have a better chance of eliminating center pigs and doing better damage to the two cabins.

Thank you for the screenshot. I got my 239k with a bit altered version of f91jsw, but most times wished I had Terence left for the two cabins. So I want to try your strat.
Chuck over second house, accelerate through support column of tall structure. This shot reliably eliminates the middle pigs. Don’t worry if ballon big is still hanging around.
Fling Red far to the right to take out the thin, left hand supports of the sailboat. This is important for the last bird.
Drop Matilda’s egg inbetween the two houses. Her body can be used to take out the high pig if it’s still hanging from the balloons.
Big Red far to the right to undercut the wood and barrels supporting the sailboat. The boat should crumble left and right into the water.
In Scandinavian countries, Midsummer is one of the most important holidays. After going through the long, dark, brutal winter, they revel in the almost-24-hour sunlight.
Midsummer Day is always on a Saturday, nearest the true astronomical solstice. That means Midsummer Eve is always a Friday, celebrated with bonfires and partying very very hearty.
The Piggies are celebrating a traditional Finnish Midsummer Eve. The pig on the right has a pile of wooden objects, and is lighting a bonfire. The Scandinavian-style maypole is decorated with flowers. The pigs on the left have just arrived at their lakeside summer cabins for the long holiday weekend.
Young unmarried women and girls, wishing to get married some day, can collect seven different varieties of flowers, then place them under their pillows on Midsummer Eve. They will dream of their future husband.
@daboid, thanks for the culture lesson. Love it! Party hearty nesters!
@daboid — I knew about Midsummer, but didn’t realize it had become a real holiday alway celebrated on a Saturday! BTW, what is a Maypole doing in a Midsummer Eve celebration? Any why is the pig on the right lighting fire to a ship?
@mvnla2
The Scandinavian maypole is different from the maypoles you might see in the USA. The best advice I can give you is to put “Scandinavian maypole” in Google Images and have a look.
The maypole is covered with greenery and has green wreaths attached to crossbeams. “They” say that there isn’t enough green on May 1 in the Far North to cover a maypole, so therefore the Nordic folks cover the maypole with greenery at Midsummer.
The pig on the right is lighting a bonfire, traditional for Midsummer. There are all kinds of scrap wood on the fire, including an old wooden boat. There are people who go around looking for great bonfires, just like some of us drive around before Christmas looking for decorated houses. Remember, it won’t be dark, since they have sunlight all night long. Even in southern Sweden, the sky is still light at midnight.
Also note the traditional summer vacation cabins have satellite dishes!
Finally, Midsummer is a rural holiday. I have heard the cities are almost deserted with families leaving for their summer cabins in the countryside.
@daboid — Thanks for the reply! I always associated Mapoles with May 1. Didn’t realize that in Scandinavia thy would need to be moved to Midsummer. Always interesting to learn about traditions in other countries.
First bird up at about 1 o’clock, activate through hanging pig and onto back structure. Red bird straight into first wooden ball to help break things up. Momma bird to the back structure. Terrence through the front structures to finish up. 240520. Many, many attempts.
Alternate strategy:
Chuck low, through the crayfish to break the floor plank of the first house.
Red bird high at the maypole, important that the top pig is popped.
Matilda just over the roof of the first house, drop late and hit the ball on the roof of the second. The outcome of this shot is the key. The impact of Matilda should push the second house into the water. The explosion should make the first house fall left, thanks to the damage by the first bird. This only happens rarely. Be prepared for many attempts.
Big red at the torch in the right structure. The structure should collapse.
Scores around 230k are repeatable with partial destruction of the houses. My best score is 237k. 250k+ should be possible.
243k, still room for improvement.
I knew there was potential, 258k!
@f91jsw, thanks for the great ‘outside the box’ strategy. Fantastic.
Ahhh, i had my background shut off lol! Haha!
@mvnla2 after idk how many flings, many many, the front left house collapsed. I didn’t get details as it took me by surprise and confused me as to where to shoot yb ‘:/ i flubbed the whole thing as usual. I’ll keep watch on it now.
@Kathy — You saw it last Oct. See your post just above.
O.k now there really is no torch, I’ve turned my background on, must have changed with the last update or else I’ve gone partially blind!
No @mvnla2 I’d never seen it before tonight
As i mentioned in BP I’ve been flinging at this now for 2days, I did play the level before but not seen the collapse.
The level has changed though since the update There is no longer a torch, or fire on the right side of the ship as there is in the video and there apparently was before, but i never noticed as I play with my background off to save battery life
O.k I see it now, and no i didn’t remember seeing it, i wish i had lol, I’ve had so much trouble with this level and posted for help so many times, we may need @sweetp to clean up in aisle 3-19 :/ That tells ya how long I’ve been at this without improvement, sorry it’s been a few months back and forth…
@kathy — You mentioned self-destruction on Oct 15, ’15
Those 2 left buildings have a lot of little wood blocks which translates into lots of points. The trick is how to get the most out of them. And with good placement of big red 50k is possible on the far right.
Thanks for this strategy @f91jsw This seemed to work the best for me, since the flying debris usually took out the pigs by the maypole, which otherwise absolutely refused to die.
My biggest problem or annoyance, rather, is that level times out pretty quickly, so you have to act fast with big red.
Thanks a lot for this great stratedy @f91jsw.
Thanks @f91jsw for this strategy which put me at #4 after many hours of trying.

Thanks @f91jsw . Took days and 3 perfectly joined shots for current high score of 265k
@f91jsw Thanks for sharing! Took a little patience and practice but the payoff is huge when it all comes together!
Thanks for sharing your alternate strategy!
Thanks for posting your strategy @f91jsw. It took a while to get the flings to land properly and get the best destruction for an above average score. The challenge was with the small red bird and to get all the pigs below. This enables big red to go to the right side for some good points.
thanks for the great strat @f91jsw but this only reminds me once again why I hate that fat tub-o-lard mathilda
Great score @swelld :) did you use @f91jsw strat?
I also as i think we all do Hate fat-tub of lard_ Matilda but she’s actual cooperating with me on this level, but not sure which strat is the best here,I’ve tried all mentioned but still having trouble making average :(
Ive been flinging as @f91jsw suggests¿
Yes @kathy see my shots directly abive
Thanks for the quick response @swelld :) I’ve been following @f91jsw detailed strat above and your saw your Screenshots that you had completed the level, but checking to see if you had any tips, i couldn’t really see a trajectory in your screenshot, but I’m on a tiny screen:(
I’ll keep trying knowing now im on the right track. Ty:)
Sorry I missed little Red. He goes into roofline on house 2 ,THEN you drop egg into that debris in such a way as to use white as a tumbler into balloons.
Has anyone other than Kathy seen self-destruction on this level? Please post in self-destroying forum, or at least @mention me. Thanks
I think this is another level which was made more difficult after an update. @john44 mentions that the balloons are worth 200 each but now they are only 100. Also, after a long time of playing I haven’t seen any instability.
@kathy I’m glad you’re above average in this one… I’m not sure I’m going to be able to manage that now (third time this episode!!! grrrr). Time will tell.
@Jtb Thanks but I’m a glutton for punishment lol, still need to get this one into the top 💯! Just started out and had the first house on the left wobble , destabilizing and taking out both piggies to the right of it, in between the structures for over 10k
Keep at it! Is doable for above average! I have faith in you 🐣
3P’s Practice, Patience and Perserverance as said in the wise words of a good friend, long ago by @wrw01 !
ohh and using the strat from @f91jsw You kinda have to skim the edge of the cliff in order to avoid hitting the wooden ball and go straight through the wooden plank on the bottom of first house
@Jtb There’s hope! I improved by 2k+ Waiting for self collapse and there and using @Kareen strat posted way above. I think anyway lol, i had just switched to using that strat , and then wasn’t paying attention actually when i noticed the 3 Star screen with the extra points! Patience pays off on this one seriously, restart it you don’t get points before flinging, wait about 30 seconds,..
cc: @Annie-Leigh @Tompuss
@Annie-leigh did you mean from here? 🙋♀️
Yes thanks, Kathy
