Same idea as the video, but you can get stuff falling on the stove with the first bird and take out the 2 witches on the left, leaving a simple second bird to clear the structure on the right. Getting the stove to blow is quite common. Getting the witches caught by the flying debris much less so.
Points from the stones at the left do matter, I was not able to get 3 stars if egg did not hit the stones. As it does on video.
My 248k is with 3 birds: 1) Egg released immediately and broom pigs killed. 2) Yellow to the stove. 3) And white downwards, egg kills remaining pig (or just debris) and bird hits the red plank far right. Tiny touch to red plank can collapse the whole right side.
Exactly the same for me getting a few extra points with White downwards and letting it come up to hit Bottom Red Plank – Fair bit of luck in this level – Good Luck all
@angrychicken you aimed WB UP? What happens, even i do that she hits the witch but doesnt bring down the glass structure, i guess maybe in reading wrong? I’m very easily confused..?
You’re reading it right. My first shot is intended to bring down both witches, the stone structure, the straw hut and the wooden house. Then second through the stove, third ricocheting into the right structure. The glass structure is brough down by flying debris from the second and third shot.
Ooh myy I just realized i didn’t say thanks @AngryChicken , sorry 😮 But yes then i used your strat to get my current score! Now back here again, and can’t even come close to 250k! i think perhaps this level has become more difficult! I’m at spot #93 and need some improvement, i feel a Whine coming on!
I aimed the first at 45 degrees up and dropped the egg between the stones and the hut. Same second and third shot. Had plenty of blocks left at the bottom right but got 255K for no apparent reason…
Also make sure yellow gets a nice bounce to the right when you shoot him through the stove. He can cause a lot of damage.
Same 3 shots as the walkthrough for 262k. The remaining debris looked a lot like what was left with scores 10k lower, I don’t know what made the difference.
@birdleader love the video! :D
Thanks @hallieginsb and @karen68. :)
I concur. White bird at 135 degrees with drop just above cloud(pulled in version on iPad).if done correctly it will also drop entire glass floor with stove exploding.yellow to red floor then white bird to remove stupid floating witches ,
lol,if you can do all this right you might break average. I still have not broken average but this will do it when I have more time. Thanks for the hints, help and strategies. ??
I sent White bird to pigs on brooms. Yellow bird to left wall of upper hut. White bird to get the man . Yellow bird to far right structure, accelerating into the stoves. 241k
Bettered score…to 248k
Re-tried using thee video strategy. 1 bird left….262k
Nice @terribletom. I’ve added a new video above that uses @sal9‘s strategy — a slightly better score though (not bad for me!). :)
Love your video @birdleader ;)
@birdleader….Nice video!!! Did you have a few “Red Bull’s” before hand??? lol
238180 is three stars
Confirmed @admins :
237040 is 2*’s and
238080 is 3 is 3*’s so…
238K is the 3* minimum ;-)
Thank you @silverbird and @lesleyg. Good teamwork!
first shot same as video but it blew up the stove as well.
Second was a high lob (moonshot) coming down on far left of right structure between the purple coloured stick and the red one.
This left only the two witches which were brought down with the egg bird in same shot as video
Wow, there’s a 1 birdie to be had here. Nearly got it with same shot as video – the only thing left after first shot was the stove and two witches. Unfortunately I could’t being them both down with yellow bird. Someone will get it, even if I can’t. Happy flinging
I had a one bird but only gave me 232k – Had a fair bit of debris on the bottom floor though
1-birder with nearly 256k.
Close to 262k with 3 birds like in video. A bit more luck and a 2-birder with 270+ would have been possible.
I should also clarify for those who come close; you can bring down both witches with one shot if you hit the top one so she (or tour bird) lands on the second one – I just missed the shot.
I just got a two birdie for what should have been 275890 BUT…it didn’t give me credit for my two Bonus Birds??? Has anyone else had this happen? What a bunch of malarkey!!! Here is my screenshot for proof:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/lesleyg/album/picture/16197/
I played the first shot pretty much like the video except I had a really great first shot that got everything except the front two floating pigs. The stove ignited and cleared out a lot of debris in the middle and all of the right was nearly gone, except for a few things at the very bottom.
So I sent YB very gently at the top floating pig on the broom without accelerating him…just so he’d kinda pop him and fall down on the bottom one, which he did. The score tallied up to 255890 and then nothing! It didn’t count my two 10K Bonus Birds! Whaaaa!!! I feel so cheated, hahaha ;-) I guess I will just have to try again because the final score stayed stuck at 255890!?!? I am really curious if this has happened to anyone else???
that’s crazy @lesleyg
@swelld – I know, right! Oh well…I improved to 257810 so far but I don’t think I will get the lucky shot again for 275K+!
Ok Gamers, I’m a reader, too, and this game is delightful. The only one I’m sure of is Jack and the Beanstalk – the large man is Jack’s giant. I think the pig in the shack on the beach (next to the dragon/sea serpent) is Robinson Crusoe, and the ship could be from Captains Courageous. Hansel and Gretel? Three Little Pigs? No idea what the witches is from.
I thought the big guy looked a lot like Paul Bunyan. Although Jack’ giant makes sense given the beanstalk.
Ok, I agree that the pigs on the “beach” are the 3 little pigs; hadn’t realized that the rock think was anything, let alone the wolf, but yes, that makes sense. It’s clearly Jack and the Beanstalk, but does that include the castle to the giant’s left (been a really long time since I read that story)? Hansel and Gretel were imprisoned by a single witch in a house made of cookies or candy, so don’t see how that applies. Have no idea about Captains Courageous, and what are the flying fish from?
You’re right – Hansel and Gretel is wrong.
I googled Captains Courageous flying fish” and got this:
FLYING FISH
This famous two-masted schooner was designed by the renowned shipbuilder Jeremiah Burnham. The ‘FLYING FISH’ was launched in 1860 in Essex, Massachusetts. For many years Flying Fish was one of the famous and best examples of the types ‘Market Schooner’ of those days. The FLYING FISH was one of the latest ships afloat and brought its cargo and catches fish in the famous bank of America Atlantic ocean coast.
The races in which the Flying Fish took part must have been very exiting, as they were first of all described by KIPLING and later featured in the film ‘Captain Courageous’. The FLYING FISH and the fishermen of Gloucester have not been banished to an obscure past. To this day the schooner remains a very popular model which is frequently built.
My first thought for the broom-riders was Harry Potter.
Harry Potter, how great! I wondered about the eyeglasses, so that would make sense.
When you look closely at the upper broom-rider, he has a scar. Who is the other one?
Do you suppose the castle next to the giant is Hogwarts?
I’ve been looking for the second broom rider, specifically a character with a strapped on nose, and may have found him in Two Little Witches:

Your thoughts, @samsonkj, @mvnla2, @mcc8206?
Oh! Oh! Not a dragon, the Big Bad Wolf! And not Robinson Crusoe, but the first pig’s house of straw…then wood, then brick.
@jetmang
Please excuse me for asking but in view of you taking my top score and since I dont recognise your name, would you be so kind as to provide a screenshot of your score. Thanks ;)

Dear Leggy
I have been posting since day one of the pig days, so if you do not recognize my name you have not been looking. I have also been in the top 7 of the total score leaderboard for pig days from day one. In fact at one time I was the overall leader with the highest total score. Top scores are fleeting acheivments that you should enjoy while you can as you have little chance of them being top scores for long. I assume that my top score will be beaten, as many of my other top scores have been beaten with time. I suggest you stick to flinging only birds. Jet Man G
Well @Jetmamg as everyone Does treasure there top scores and yes we all expect them to be beaten at some point, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to request a strat or screenshot from the previous trophy holder.
And while all the help you’ve given in previous levels is appreciated as that’s what the Nest is about, i dont think the rude tone of your last statement fits in with the cordial atmosphere that the Nest strives to uphold.

Sorry for the misspelling of your name @jetmang .
Kathy
Thank you for acknowledging my past posts with strats and tips.
I did take a bit of offence to Leggy’s post as it seems I am being called a lair.
I am sorry if my last comment was taken as rude, my intention was clever and funny
Jet Man G
@jetmang, as it is customary and a requirement, please share your strategy and proof of top score with a screenshot.
Thank you.
SweetP
I see no upload or attach button, so if you walk me through the steps I will b happy to take a screenshot for you.
My strategy was the same as video after many re starts and luck.
Again, I am sorry if my comment was taken the wrong way, I guess I was being a bit sensitive.
Jet Man G
I’m glad you asked @jetmang…
To upload a picture of your screenshot, take a look at our FAQ page . Scroll down to the Commenting section and you’ll see the paragraph that explains how to post your image.
I thought I was the only one having trouble with this level, too. I still haven’t gotten close to the average score, and I think my fingers are about to fall off resetting over and over again! But congrats on getting the trophy with that awesome score, it’s going to be tough to beat!
@leggy, Speaking of high scores, how did you get your 264K? I’m having one heck of a time, more than 15k below average. Whinneee!
SweetP
the screenshot is in my album, that part was easy, now what do I do?
I see nothing on this page to link to it????????
Trying again

@sweetp
Sorry, I didn’t get a notification of your post for some reason and have been rather preoccupied with real life concerns since my initial post here. Seems I’ve missed quite a lot of the action too whilst I’ve been gone, so firstly, thanks for stepping in (you too @kathy!), and secondly, thanks for asking….
Okay, well, a case of scoring 245K-ish without coming here, came here to find out how higher scores were being achieved, saw the strat posted by @angrychicken (thanks!) above (4th comment down the page) and just got very lucky I guess as I scored my 264k on only my third attempt at it.
All I can really say is keep at it dear, oh, and maybe take some tips from @kathy on how to WWWWWHhhhhiiiinnnneeee properly too, lol. :)
@jetmang
Thanks for posting screenshot, congrats on your trophy!
Photo of screenshot is in my album, followed video
I love seeing @birdleader ‘s video but more than that, actually seeing Birdleader! Thanks!
Just like the walkthrough video
ABS-PD-4-15-score
Used the top video for this level. The bottom video box was not available. First bird had great destruction with only the lower tnt box remaining. Blew that with the yellow bird and it took out the right flying pig on a broom. Waited to the left side broom pig was far left and hit it with white body and the egg actually destroyed everything below. It was like a sweet spot the provide an above average score.
