1st: let top bird hit bottom of tnt; i take aim by first making a bit (pixel) of daylight appear in the sling and then just removing it (playing fully zoomed out on ipad air). if score is more than 100k and at most 1 gold ornament remains in the pit (say 1 in 10) i continue, otherwise i reset;
2nd: i use a reduced speed lob to the same spot as in the picture, instead of the low arc shown. to that end i let the bird creep up the sling a little bit. in this way you can let where the carcass hits the top right structure depend on the situation there (you can vary the height by using a higher or lower lob);
3rd: as shown; be sure to activate low and straight above the pig to lift as much material as possible.

the 1st bird is highly critical: only a small difference leads to much (say 10k) lower scores on average; you can recognise you’ve got it (trajectory and activation point) right as it quite frequently (1 in 20) should lead to the small stones being spectacularly ejected to the left; this can be really beneficial but usually it isn’t as them being ejected diminishes the chance of setting off the bottom-right tnt and taking out the ornaments, and also they disrupt the scene for the 2nd and 3rd.

had 180k+ scores every few minutes. i am pretty sure that 195k is reachable with this, not only because in the case of my current best i didn’t get one of the gold ornaments at the bottom right (worth 3k), but also because i have had several 140k+ scores after the 2nd (with only the pig in the square wood remaining) with the best being 144k.
