Our strategy for Ragnahog level 13 is shown in the video below. Once again, two birds suffice to gain 3 more stars and 134370.
A soft toss of Red to the left horn on the left hut start us out with only a few points, but unsettle it enough to fall more easily later. We toss Chuck in a high arc, activating past apogee (that would be the peak of the arc if an arc could have a peak) on the way down to break the horizontal wood plank that serves as the floor of the hut on the right. As it falls, it crushes everything leaving nothing but a few stray pieces of debris.
First red to a sweet spot on top right structure – it fell and took everything on the right including the bridge. Then Chuch through the uprights between the duck and the triangle! Delighted as before this had only achieved two stars!

But where is this sweet spot on the top right structure @mumsie42?
Hi,my sweet spot is the vetical wood just near the duck, with a good angle it Works for 1 birder. Hope it helps.
@trishohara Wish I knew! I have not been able to replicate! I don’t come to the walk through until I’ve achieved 3 stars on my own to see if I can improve – have not yet watched the video as I just read the eggselent and wise words of @bernersenn! I think it is the edge of the horizontal plank on top right structure.
And now see one birder is possible. And my turn at the top was very brief!
@mumsie42 The eggsellent and wise words are credited to @knichy, posted by @bernersenn, great Team effort and of course the great video by @mighty-red -1! Nesters working together ??
@Kathy thanks. Now blushing…
Most of the props go to @mighty-red-1 – the words just come out of me when I see the video. The mighty one puts together entire episodes of videos, complete with golden egg walkthroughs (still have to write those) in the amount of time most of us spend flinging a few levels.
Exactly the same sweet spot as you @mumsie42! Quite quickly when i started that level, i had a nice one-birder and it seems so easy at the moment but then, never able to replicate ! And since i have tried and tried again, i ask myself how i did, LOL !
Ooups, my one birder was on next level, number #13 ! I’m sorry !!
Well, maybe i should go to sleep ? It’s almost midnight for me and I DO feel stupid ! I was confused between levels #12 and #13 because of similar scores, but i confirm i had a sweet spot and a nice one birder on level # 13 !
Have tried to delate my previous comment but it doesn’t work :-(
No worries @happy66 Nice score!!
@admins can delete your comment if you need them to :)
but i wouldn’t worry about it!??
Thanks @kathy, and congrats to you, you had your one-birder too !
Ok for the comments, not really matters ;-)
Thanks @happy66 I did finally get a one birder ?
My two one birders, red over as in second shot on walk through, have so far scored less than 134000 but I’m sure there is potential there for a good score.
Got the 2 birder, 137k. Prior to seeing video, best score I had was 130k
Alternative to the video: aim at the lower left red triangle in the first structure. This will fairly reliably collapse the left structure. Second bird as in video. Scores are similar, but with the video strategy there will more often be remaining parts of the left structure.
Thanks @f91jsw, I improved my score by 7000 using your strategy.
This is what worked the best for me:
First red to the top of the right structure, it should slide down the triangle, fall on the bridge and break it. With the bridge broken it is more likely to get a good collapse. Second bird as on walkthrough video. Sometimes a piece of debris will destabilize left structure and lead to its collapse. If it didn’t happen, start over. This strategy will sometimes result in a 2-birder, but often the lower right structure will remain. In that case send the third bird on a very steep arc, so that it bounces off the lower stone platform into the remaining structure.
@annach Thanks for posting. This is the strategy I used and was able to obtain an above average score. Could not get into the 140k numbers but is is good enough for now. Used two birds and debris did hit the left structure.
Wow….20min window of fling time earlier while waiting for my weekly acupuncture session and nailed a 2-birder for 140k followed shortly by this 1-birder. Amazed still top score as I had lots of debris remaining so expected a 150k+ to be ruling the roost.

@Andy-2 Wow congratulations, which strat did you used?
Thanks @kathy

@Andy-2 thanks for the screenshot!! I started out trying that shot before i looked at the walkthrough but i couldn’t get it to work quite right, hmm I’ll give that a few more trys thanks!!
Nope @Andy-2 Your red has more power than mine lol, i just can’t break that wood to take that structure down?
Well as always as soon as i posted red broke the plank exactly v as your screenshot but that’s it, the left structure still stands as well as the lower right :(
@andy-2, thanks for the screenshot, it works after a lot of trys?
@kathy I believe the upper part of the plank is the sweet spot. IF it breaks through.
Thanks @coffeeking I’ve got it to break quite a few times , but it doesn’t take the left structure or the lower right, must need a lucky bounce of red b to take those out? I’m still trying lol.. poor red I’ve bounced his head of the plank a few hundred times!!
yikes Finally got the one birder, but only improved 300 points , went from spot 20 to spot 22:(
Guess the AngryBirdsGoddess is not smiling on me this day , or for that matter this episode!!
@klara-van-emden waltzes in and gets it right away and drives the average up ? ?
of course she knows I’m ribbingn :P
Lol @andy-2, that’s the exact shot I’ve been using all day, but no pretty 1-birders for me. ):
Thought I’d post a screenshot of the same shot, just a millisecond earlier:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/waimea/album/picture/21628/
I should add, yes, the very highest you can catch the vertical plank without hitting the overhang gives you the best shot of destroying/pushing down the plank, getting a complete collapse of the structure.
hey @waimea thanks for the screenshot .. I’ve been flinging that shot for hours, got a few one birders but not as pretty as you say as Andy’s..
ahh well ‘just keep Flingin’, ‘just keep Flingin’
for me I’m off to Dreamland Nighty night all
btw did we lose @Asher on this level¿ and what happened to @fatboyslick¿ i guess everyone is busy with Christmas shopping stuff..
Well I haven’t got the Top Score with the one birdie but I can confirm that I also got a decent score with the same shot; Red to the top right vertical plank…just under the overhang. Here’s my screenshot of the trajectory and remaining debris:

Sometimes he has the “Powa” but not very often :D
Rinse and Repeat!
I’m here lol!!!!!
I’m playing catch up because I had a few days in London and no time to fling

many thx to @waimea for the picture
here my video:
https://youtu.be/7Vp-JvqloRo
147790 with one bird.
It took me much more than 20 minutes :-/
I even had to tip the one-birder god for this one… my comment on the previous level must have been received not so well.
So same shot to the elusive sweet spot and… nothing else really. Just shear repetition.
Here is the final result.
And the highscore screenshot.
@andy-2: you should consider renting your 4 year old buddy. You can make a fortune :->
I just scored 147,830 points by using the same shot to the sweet spot that others have written about. I was going to take a picture of the damage, but the level was still counting and it closed out before I had the chance. In my screenshot of the Tally screen you can see just how much debris was left. Every piece of the left side slid down off the platform (hill?).
Thanks to @andy-2 for a great pic showing where the sweet spot is.

Good luck & happy flinging to all !!
I finally hit a 1 birder after many flings but only increased my score by 140 points from 140450 with 2-birds to 140590 with one. A lot of debris left.
Still waiting for Rovio to fix the iOS bug. I have not been able to open the game since the update
Every time I play Angry Birds Seasons it crashes in the middle of each and every level of Ragnahog. It takes 3 to 4 start ups before I can get a score of any type. I play on my iPad.
hi@kathy, you are so funny, I love your comments????keep on flinging?
HeeHee @klara-van-emden ???
Just home and looks like the next level could be a bitch! But….many msgs on this level so will reply first to @kathy @klara-van-emden “Hello” @waimea to say……get in my friends!
Hey @Andy-2 ?
Good luck on 14 Andy-2 it is a b”*#&! as you predict !!!
*sigh*
all these One Bird Wonders ,i was hoping we’d have some levels that require more skill. by no means taking away the glory of those who have earned trophies ! if ya make the shot and the luck of the debris finds you all the better!?
I keep trying and trying all these techniques and they all fail! What am I doi wrong? I can not get past two stars and this level and I am very frustrated!
This is impossible to replicateM I’ve been playing fir an hour and nothing works! I have the laser sight and get it at those points every time and the same thing doesn’t happen! The left structure stays completely fine!!!
Nick sometimes people fling for way more than an hour to get a high score on any particular level. Scores using Power ups would not be permitted anyways so I would advise against using the “laser sight”.
137500/2
I was alternating between both 2-bird strategies; this score was obtained using the video walkthrough.
