Our strategy for Mooncake Festival level 2-11 is to lob the Yellow bird to push the boulder in the middle to the right. The boulder should trigger the TNT at the bottom of the trough and pop all pigs on the right side of the level. Fire the Red bird head-on into the first tower, which should buckle and pop the pig in the bottom-left as well. Bomb the left side of the the middle structure to finish the level. The score in the video below is 102,670.

I was able to wipe out the front part of the screen as well as the back third by landing the first yellow bird right below the platform the round boulder is on. Right about where the small grey stone is. Still haven’t managed to take out that last pig with the red bird, but still a 3 star. Score 101,730

105,910 – Yellow bird takes out first high tower and low platform in front; red bird knocks boulder down, takes out far tower with explosion, including the rabbit statue; white bird takes out middle tower pig, leaving yellow bird for points.

@ kchill: Thanks for the suggestion. i got 113300 with this methode :) I made a video of this methode, but at the time of the highscore i forgot to press record. I couldn’t replicate a high score, so the video is of a score of 105220, but i shows how this methode works. See my Youtube video

Edit 29 Sept 2013: During my revisit I knew there was room for improvement with this strat, so I used the 3 P’s and it got me a score of 117360! Same method but here my new video.

Same method, with some slight clarification:

If you aim the first bird slightly higher, it’ll break through all four vertical wood planks and cause more consistent damage. Also, as shown in the video but should be pointed out, don’t hit the boulder head-on, but rather bump the top of the structure to get it rolling. This will make sure it doesn’t go crashing through the plank below, but tips it so the top of the tower collapses on itself, which is essential if you want to clear the level with three birds.

Cheers for the vid @e-star I started this on 104k & even though you didn’t manage to capture your 113k high score I would’ve been happy just getting the extra 1k. After just a few flings I went up to 110k!! Could probably slog it out to try to get more but I’m not greedy & have quite a few more to improve on;) onwards & upwards!

Thank you kchill for the write up and @e-star for the video. Was finally able to obtain an above average score.
For the first bird I varied its final location either taking out all four wood vertical posts by going low or going a bit higher and letting the stones take out the pigs on the left side. The goal of the first Yellow Bird is to obtain over 30k+ in points by getting the stones to fall on each other. The more points with the falling debris the greater opportunity to get a score over 105k.
Tried to hit the little square wood block to the left of the round stone for the second shot with the red bird. Goal with this one is to get the two wood planks over the gap to lift up and fall causing destruction below. Sometimes the rabbit on the far right would be destroyed which is needed to obtain a higher score.
White Bird into the middle structure to cause debris destruction. Had better luck with a higher aim on that structure.
Score went from 99k+ to 116k+.

My boulder spontaneously rolls off the platform on its own! Does this happen to anyone else?

There seems to be some self-destruction on this one, it’s on the list in the forum. I’ve never had the boulder roll off to start on it’s own but I’ve had it roll off the platform after flinging the 1st bird, it could be jostled off by the falling debris from the 1st shot. I’ve also had the right structure fall to the left twice, also after I took the 1st shot. Once this set off the TNT, the 2nd time it didn’t & blocked it from being set off by the boulder.

125340 with 3 birds.

First, Chuck to the rightmost structure. The goal is to topple it to the right and take the rabbit. Here is the trajectory and result.

Then, Red to the boulder. The idea is to push it hard enough so that it damages or breaks one of the stone blocks left on the right structure.
This is a good result with 53k.

The Matilda is lobbed between the two towers, activated late and she must push the right tower to the right to add damages.
