Our strategy for Mooncake Festival level 1-8 is to fire Big Brother into the top-left stone. This should propel the entire structure rightward and pop most of the pigs, if not all. Use the White bird to clean up whatever is left. The score in the video below is 75,110.

84,570. Similar to video, but I aimed lower on the first shot, at the first triangle piece of wood. This pushed the structure forward and it collapsed. The red bird also fell into the gap between the solid structure and the stone and eventually fell on top of the dynamite box, which is the difference between the score in the video and mine.

Thanx for the hint. I just got 86,580. Like you said, that red bird did fall through to explode the tnt. I had tried it 20 or more times, and said, no way is that bird falling through there.. BUT it did Thanks again

87,130 just kept Shooting the Red Bird over & over again. Aim at the wood that the Pig with the Blue Hat is Sitting on.

This is a consistent 1-Birder, you just need to do it 3 or 4 times just like in video and you’ll get it.

@werewolf69 I agree it’s a consistent one-birder, but I lurve (and envy) your ‘just need to do it 3 or 4 times’. Multiply those by a hundred and you would match my experience. Fun level though.

@bikkit, consider yourself lucky that you were able to reach that score, I hadn’t been in this level since I first made the comment, and now I can’t even approach my old score, much less pass it. I did however get that score after only 4 attempts back in September 2012.

Okay, @bikkit here’s the lowdown on what I just did, keep aiming at just above the first wood triangle and try to get Big Red to go through the second slanted plank to push as much of the structure over as you can, I just did it and my score increased by almost 3k more. Good luck, and it took me about 60 attempts to do it this time around.
ps. it’s better if the TNT detonates.

Thanks @werewolf69 . That’s essentially what I’d been doing. Extrapolating, your 60 attempts will take me 60000, so I fully expect to get that additional 3K before Christmas (if I don’t sleep)

I aimed for the tip of the wooden triangle to get the one birdie and it often did work. But it took a lot of times to get the red bird to do enough damage for a great score. I got 89940 this time.

Thank you @e-star for posting your video. It provided hope that I could obtain a score above 81k.
I used the second little block from the left for the aiming cue. Went below it or just through it.

There is a “sweet spot” in that area that enables Big Brother to glide through the wood/stones, push the entire structure to the right, activate the tnt and take out the rabbit structure on the right. The challenge is to hit this spot which took a bit of time. Was able to do that just 3-4 times for an improved score.

@kathy @admins and Alan Dennis is already 10k over the “normal super high”. Power up giving an extra bird for the bonus perhaps? There are a lot of levels with scores very high but plausible, I just can’t see 100k on this one without an extra bonus bird.

Once I had Terrence fall through the gap, got 88,990 but just Once
Can’t get debris to fall though , something always blocks that gap!
AND when something Does fall on the TNT I never get that much destruction, And have never got the boiler Easter Bunny lol,, that’s start it looks like,, the foil covered chocolate bunnies I used to put in my kids Easter baskets!!

94990/2 by playing the same 1st as mentioned above, low slicing through, and then (quickly) the 2nd, low activating to take out the tree (for more than 10k), and make the carcass go through the wood, hoping that it inflicts some more damage to the right (even had it set off the tnt when that didn’t explode after the 1st). got this score after half an hour (with several 90k+ scores with previous best being 93.7k), so definitely more in it, maybe even 100k.

Has this one become easier, or did I just get lucky? Probably the latter, but either way I got 96k after just a few flings. Totally unexpected, so I didn’t notice exactly where the first bird hit, but somewhere between the two small stone blocks. I saw a score in the low 60’s and quickly sent second bird to bomb the tree.

Same strategy as @vuelva and @comex666 video. I used the bands on the sling as my reference for the first shot (small slit 40% of the way in). Needs to just miss the top of the triangle. Second bird to the tree.
