Ham’o’ween level 2-12 is pretty challenging. Our strategy is to lob the first Yellow bird and propel it through the top-left structure. Fire the Orange bird toward the middle of the level. Ideally, it should be adjacent to one of the vertical stone slabs and pop the small pig at the bottom. Use a Yellow bird to destroy the top structure if it still stands. Use a Yellow bird to pop the small pig if it is not gone already. The score in the video below is 90,790.

I used a different method to score 98k. Use the first bird to target the second high pig, clearing the skeleton as you go. Then shoot the orange bird as per the video, to clear all remaining lower pigs. Use the third yellow bird to clear the last high pig and you should have one bird left over.

2-12, 105120 w/3 shots.. 1st shot – Launch the y/b low to the right taking out the capped pig and more importantly, that pesky, well protected pig in between the two vertical stone beams, actually its very easy.

2nd shot – Launch the o/b high over the dangling skeleton and into stones that are perched on the wooden beam in front of the pig and detonate for max inflation, practice will make perfect. The goal of the shot is obvious, try to destroy the entire right side so that it falls and destroys all below it.

3rd shot – Launch the y/b high and take out the last remaining pig.

Marc, thanks for the help. I have been stuck at around 97k for awhile. Tried your method and got to 100k. Still working to get a better score. (The high of 111k is insane, not sure how he/she did it?)
Was hoping for either natureswrath or you to come up with a better way, Thanks!

I was using a 3 bird method. First over the top to take out bird, wood and hopefully some stones, second in the middle,taking out bottom birds and right side bird and wood, and third at bird near stones.

Anything in the 100k *plus* the very top pig dropping from the orange bird’s percussion is a damn good bet for an even better score. Maybe its wishful thinking but stranger things have happened with our Angry Birds.. Good luck, would love to see you get it!..

Thanks for the “easier” strategy @marc987! I was following Fuji’s video for over 4 hours, and been flinging these birds over and over as suggested in the other methods, but could never get close to the average score. I finally read your alternate strategy andtook a look at your screenshot. I figured, “what the heck? it’s worth a try!” and to my surprise I succeeded in clearing out all of the piggies! It was a slow climb up the scoring ladder, but I finally broke through the 100K barrier! Now my flinging fingers can get some much-needed rest!

For you “moonsabre”.. This was the “two bird out” shot that almost broke my heavily insured left thumb. So close to what, “could have been but wasn’t”. Maybe next time…

This was a beauty of a strat Marc, I was going the mid, low, high but the key with the first low was perfect. Using the 3 that you’ve mentioned, I was able to get up to 105K or so from 104K but with the orange bird exploding closer to the bottom of the three stones after hitting the platform under it ended with a lucky 107K with more to get. Very nice strat Maestro ;)

Marc, I have one back for you on this one my friend. 113070 with 3. The first shot is a little higher into the thick wood horizontal and sometimes it drags down debris to knock over the middle hollow wood.

Second similar to yours but going deeper closer to the platform so that the stones go up and left since the right side dropped already. Last high arc getting the yellow bird to fall down in the middle to also get the bottom pig if it’s still there. This was during one of my failed attempts where the yellow bird didn’t fall perfectly:

Oh dear! I am almost too embarrassed to admit to how I got an 108K but here goes….
My first strat was total rubbish with a high arc yellow and then a low trajectory globe bird so quickly (well after an hour or so) reversed that to the following which turns out to be largely similar to marc’s strat.

1st yellow through the pumpkin hatted pig but more importantly into hollow wooden square above the tricky little pig in-between two vertical concrete bars. This often splits those bars apart and kills that little so an so.

2nd orange bird through the skeletons head into thin wooden shelf holding boulders and inflate to take out most of the middle and right hand side of level. Was hoping something on this second shot would also roll the little top piggy off… here’s the embarrassing bit..

I noticed I was not able to get a good feel for placing that 2nd shot accurately due to a bit of thick skin on my index finger (a consequence of too much Angry Birds) so thought “hold on, I’ll play that shot with my middle finger instead”

So I tried that 2nd shot with my middle finger instead and it felt really wrong… but as I was deciding never to do that again the whole middle and right hand side collapsed and the little piggy on the top rolled off for a 2-bird finish and 108K. Hangs head in shame for outrageous fluke!

Have just read Victor’s new strategy though so I’m back to this one too!! Are we going to see “moonsabre” on the ABN leaderboards soon by the way?

That’s too funny Habanero, I am convinced though that a 2 birder could result in 115-120K so I may have to try your middle finger “trick” ;) By the way, most likely not on the ABN leaderboards, between my own fairly detailed spreadsheet and another site, managing scores in three places would take up too much “free shooting time”. I would however if I could just upload a list at a time rather than individually.

@Amslimfordy i know @moonsabre is a highly respected flinger but he didn’t say which strat he used, not sure what his link is it won’t open, I hate to even ask but 5k above second place? Maybe a typo or meant for a different level? Just sayin would be nice to know how he did it?

@habanero the 2-birder can also be obtained by combining your strategy and the tip from @moonsabre for the first bird (shooting it into the tick wood). I do had plenty debris left, so much higher scores than this one are feasible. Here thr screenshot after 2 birds:

109050 Used numerous strategies and could not get past 105000, so I started flinging the birds in different spots.1st bird at the rope above the skeleton coming in above the ledge the rocks are on without out taking out anything. 2nd shot at the corner of the ledge flinging the rocks destroying all pigs for a score of 109050.

1st shot, double tap the zooming bird (turbo from the start) through the first bottom pig, will hit the stone columns and kill the little bottom pig between the columns, and the hatted pig will roll and die (doesn’t matter that much, he will generally die on the next shot)

2nd shot, inflata-bird right under the deck with the stones and inflate. This should take out all of the remaining birds to the right, and if you get lucky, one of the stones will get the little piggy on the top deck.

3rd & 4th bird, 20k points.

I have gotten about 109k like this several times.

I shot the first bird like the video on top, with an high arc to the pig on top, BUT I did NOT activate it. This will keep the structure in place and mainly the boulders in place, so they can do their job when Orange bird comes in. Just below the boulders and after activation everything tumbled down. I got a score of 112070 this way, but I somehow lost my video. I tried to recreate the video (more than a year later) and after a couple of hours I got a score of 106370 and called it quits.

@e-star you timed it perfectly, posting your Ham’o’ween videos last week! A brilliant idea, not activating the yellow bird. Still took me a whole lot of tries but I finally got a score I’m happy with. I’m having trouble imagining what 119k looks like, it must have cleared every last scrap of wood (I’m not questioning the top score, it is Moonsabre after all).

Did the same as estar’s video and strategy posting. Thank you. With the second bird I lined up the head feather with one of the pointed fence posts in the background after zooming in on the screen. Little hard to see being its black on black but it did provide some consistency in getting near the stones for activation.

Yes, I am playing today, I just can’t get over my previous score. I tried the @e-star method but I’m not convinced that it helps that much to not activate the first bird. I seem to get a better collapse without the big boulder in the way. I agree with @karen68 though that 119k is hard to imagine. Right now just getting past my previous 107k is hard to imagine……………
