Angry Birds Seasons Ham’o’ween Level 1-7 Walkthrough

Ham’o’ween level 1-7 requires several precise shots. Our strategy is to loft the Red bird over the main structure and into the top-right pumpkin. The explosion should force the cart to roll off the left side of its platform. Fire the Orange bird into the bottom-left structure, expanding when it reaches the middle. What remains is a very difficult, high-arcing shot with the Yellow bird. The goal is to detonate the pumpkin in the bottom-right. The score in the video below is 97,720.

High score strat: the first shot in the video above show the trajectory of the first red bird. The main difference that I looked for in my first shot, however, was seeing the red bird bounce off the tree branch and down into the area below. If this is done right the bird can often knock some of the stones into the left portion of this area as it falls and collapse the structure in that area, this will damage the wood and kill the grass to the left of the lower right-hand-side area (this is often untouched, as can be seen in the video and is a source of extra points if you can manage it). The shot itself isn’t that hard but getting the structure to collapse can take a fair few attempts. Second shot I sent at as low an angle as possible and through the ‘trident like’ piece of wood at the far left of the level (it can be seen as still intact in the video above). The key to getting a really big score is breaking the stone boulders. I managed to break one on my best attempt and heavily damage the other. At this point I was sitting on 82K points but found this almost impossible to repeat (aka luck is 2/3 of whatAB is about imho). Third shot is like in the video above, straight through the wood and into the black lantern. This strat got me 103K but involved heavy damage and a lot of luck.

Bird 1: Long shot over the top of the central “cart”, hitting the “tree” and bouncing into the black jack-o-lantern (spraying the small rocks onto the back of the “cart” causing it to smash over the lower left area), and then bouncing down into the lower right area to topple the left of the structure down there.
Bird 2: Low-angled shot into the “trident” at the front of the lower left area. Key here is clearing most of the cart debris. Highest scores obtained from breaking the large stone boulder (that was the wheel of the “cart”).
Bird 3: Into the lower right area to explode the black pumpkin and clear the level!
Bird 4: 10K points.

Over 3 years later & the strat from @natureswrath is still a good one. Played out much like he described.
Had 75k after the 2nd shot, one of the boulders was destroyed & the other one was badly damaged.
On the 3rd shot when the black pumpkin exploded it did a lot of damage to the rest of the strucure in the pit, leavimg only a couple of bits of cracked wood behind.

@karen68 Have you tried @marc987 strat below? I’m trying both can’t decide ,Marc strat definitely Easier , and with @natureswrath strat I’m having trouble with the 3rd shot, Chuck just doesn’t cut it trying to get through the wood blocking that far right black pumpkin:(

1-7, 97140 w/ 2 shots.. 1st shot – Aim the red bird at the pumpkin that’s in-between the small stone block and the boulder, this shot will advance the cart to its’ right. If you look closely there’s a joint in the cart’s platform that will break when the square stone block bounces as the cart starts going over the edge. With luck the platform will break spilling its’ cargo on to the 2 pigs below.. 2nd shot – Aim the orange bird into the front structure, needless to say into the center of it for max collateral.. This is only an alternative strategy that hopefully has good results.. Good luck, thx..

finaly at least up to 99030.
56k after first (sent it to the upper black pumpkin in the tree),
only 1 pig at the front left.
75k after second (sent it low to clean up front).
3rd onto black back bottom pumpkin.

Goal is to damage or better crush the boulders.

101200. Lucky shot on bird 2 lifted one of the big boulders into the lower right complex, creating additional damage. Bird 3 to black pumpkin at lower right killing last pig. 10000 unused bird bonus.

My technique gets it pretty much every time with 101-102,000, but there are a few ways of doing this one. I push the cart structure to the right by hitting the horizontal wood so when it topples over the wood breaks and the boulder an everything falls into the hole and destroys everything, then the orange clears off the left side. All about timing with the second bird, aim with the first and a bit of luck with the boulder clearing the right side.

1st shot was the same as natureswrath’s. I got lucky and the cart crushed all but one pig at the far left, so I shot the orange bird into the structure at the far right, then took out the remaining pig with the yellow bird.

Slightly different version of main walk-through. Third shot is different.

Zoom screen all of the way in.

1st shot: Pull red down until the leading edge of black sling is just above the orange bird’s long head feather (while orange is at rest, not bouncing). Release. This will put red squarely into the top-right black pumpkin and blast sends cart to the left as in the video.

2nd shot: Just like video. Bury orange into the hear of the rubble on the left. For more damage, let the rubble settle down onto orange and let him inflate on his own. A good score at this point is 65-70K.

3rd shot: Instead of a high-arcing shot with Chuck, I send him on a low trajectory just over the top of the wooden ball left over from the cart. To do this, pull Chuck down until his body just covers (makes it fully disappear) the blue-green background in the crotch of the left two tree branches. Then pull down an additional one or two clicks. Release Chuck. Let him just clear the wooden ball and send him zooming when he’s a little to the right of the ball. Chuck should just clear the lip of the entrance to the “cave” or “trees” or whatever they are. He should ricochet down onto the black pumpkin. Most times he won’t detonate it on impact, but his roll off of it will cause it to go off. Pray to the luck gods for extra damage at this point. Repeat if your prayers aren’t answered. This technique typically yields at least 91K or more.

I used the same shots as the video on top. But I see some 100k strats in here, so I might need to revisit my revisit and go for the 100k, it looks so much better than the 99220 I got now, so I might be back in the near future with a new video. I do have one of the 99k I have now, but it is the same as the video on top, so no need I suppose.

Hi @kathy, I used @natureswrath‘s method, like quite a few others. Please ignore my previous score! It was a typo I think, when I did it a year or so ago. I’ve been flinging over and over, and I’m at 98K now.

Congrats on getting that awesome score! Now I’ll have to try and catch up!

Shortly after the Challenge started I was tempted to ask admins about the legitimacy of the 106k TopScore, but there was at least 1 member name I recognized pretty close to this so I waited. Well a 2-birder it must have been as twice I’ve cleared the left side with bird 1. Both times I #<£+@\{}*¥ (family site) the 2nd shot & it looks like there's more points out there.
