Our strategy for Ham’o’ween level 1-2 is to lob the first Yellow bird through the left legs of the left tower. The structure should fall to the left, detonating at least one pumpkin. With the second Yellow bird, attack the top portion of the middle structure. Finally, take out the left leg of the top tower, causing it to fall left and onto the pumpkin. Alternatively, you can play around with the order of these shots. The score in the video below is 55,320.

60100 pretty sure u can get higher score haha…hit the black jack o lantern making sure the yellow bird hits the structure with the small cannon balls making the structure collasp taking out the pig and giving u clear shot at the second and third pig above each other. When making this shot u must make sure u hit the top pig and hitting the bottom left block causing the tower to fall on the left side taking out the small pig as well…thats my advice but of u guys have better one plz share your method.

High score strat: fire the first yellow bird at the left most corner of the first (left) structure. If you use a low angle for this shot you will take out the upper left thick vertical wooden block, the thin horizontal wooden block (these two make up the corner of the structure), and also the thick horizontal wooden block just underneath the first (left most) pig. If done correctly (which isn’t that hard really) it will result in a large portion of the left-most structure collapsing down onto the black explosive lantern and causing some good destruction. Occasionally some of the debris from the explosion will strike the other (left most) black lantern and cause the small stones to spray over the first (left most) structure. VERY occasionally the stones will spray high enough to knock the right half of the first (left) structure to the right and cause a high degree of destruction (this isn’t required for a high score but it can cause a larger degree of destruction). Then you simply use the second yellow bird to take out the right-most, upper structure. The key here is to get the top structure to fall to the left and take out some more of the unbroken parts of first structure and explode the lower (right-most) black lantern.

I didn’t this strat to work perfectly so I only ended up with 66K but there are more points in this level.

Bird 2: Through ‘roof’ middle structure and into left support of top right structure causing the latter to collapse to the left.
Bird 3: 10K points.

The first shot I described above is essentially a lower angle version of the first shot shown in the video. There is a lot of luck involved in this level so don’t expect to break the high score in half an hour of attempts.

If you fire the second bird at a low trajectory through the triangle wooden block that makes up the roof of the right half of the first (left) structure, that will often still be standing at this point, you can generally slow the bird down enough so that it only breaks through one of the blocks of the upper right structure and cause it to collapse to the left and onto the black lantern.

Thanks for your method. Even if you don’t get the left most pumpkin through the rebounds of the middle pumpkin explosion, it’s still worth shooting the second bird that natures wrath described above, you can get both towers to fall with a bit of luck.

Flat trajectory, speed up early on worked best for me, reached 62k this way pretty reliably, though it’s still far from the highscores.

Thanks for clarifying the second shot C_Wiz, that’s exactly how I was doing it :) The extra points simply come from a few more things breaking. If you do manage to get the middle structure to fall to the left after getting hit by the the flying stones then you get a lot more damage to the level. I must admit, however, that in the couple of thousand tries I only manages this once. It all comes down to the stones next to the black jack-o-lantern being moved a bit before it explodes. With the formation that it is in at the start of the level you just can’t get the height needed to knock it over. It is really luck based so not a great strat but my 66K came from a shot just like yours, simply I got lucky and destroyed a few more blocks. If you did this level with the tower falling to the right I believe you could break 70K but it isn’t going to happen every second attempt.

I just had the first shot Perfect the stones took out the middle structure only far right structure standing And I choked on the second shot, went to low, hit the platform!!!

Thanks for posting your strategy. Used a very similar one but went low with the first bird to take out the left side. Second bird same as yours for the right side.

66850 using natureswrath stategy except one pig remained after second yellow bird and clean up third bird caused enough damage including the suspended pumpkin on the far right. Feel that 70000 is possible with this level.

I have read and reread your comments. I am having difficulty hitting the structure (& of course, the pig), on the far right of the screen. I can’t seem to have a bird go far enough to hit that structure. I realize that sounds rather odd however I have tried all sorts of positions. I am playing on an iPad 2 and play all of the versions of the game. While i am certainly not the most skilled player, i have never been stopped cold like this. The bird simply will not cross enough real estate to hit the far right structure. Help!! Please!!!

71K same as the super natureswrath (great shooting!!). Make sure that you tap the screen for the second shot to accelerate the yellow bird.

I apologize for these bad quality screens but they should at least give you the idea. I’ll repost if needed with the correct screenshots:

Notice the little white cloud puff of where I tapped to accelerate on the first shot. For the second shot, you’ll want to accelerate before the bird gets to the top of the path.

I’ve found that the best situation is when the yellow bird gets stuck to the left of the rightmost wooden piece on the island where you see the /| wood piece.

Simular to the strat from @natureswrath Not sure if you where the inspiration for this strat for me, but thanks anyway for all you amazing descriptions in these old levels. I know during my revisit I sometimes did need an helping hand and every time I did you where there! So thanks again!

With a low angle I took out the bottom block and the next block of the left structure. Making the left structure collaps to the left. With a high arc I shot my second bird thru the roof of the middle structure taking out the bottom of the right structure. This made the right structure collaps to the left and it took out the last remaining piggy. I got 66890.

Thank you for the video @e-star (again!) maybe because I’m using my iPhone and the screen is so small, I had to hit the first bird up higher going for the top part of the left structure, I think more like what natureswrath did, this got me between 17 & 23k sometimes the blowback from the bottom pumpkin would hit debris into the far right pumpkin grabbing that extra 3k in points. It was the second shot that was murder for me! But I finally got it well enough to hit above avg!

The second shot is killing me, even when I get it, I just can’t get that extra 1k to boost me up:(

Using stat ad modum @natureswrath and video @e-star. Just a few points. I activate both shots from the sling. Makes the flinging easier.Use the semicircular root as guide. Easy to get 22K from first shot. Reset if you are under 20K. Bonus if debris activate the pumpkin.
The stones CAN get the second tower to fall to the right (happened three times for me).High score with that happening, but got almost the same score with the second tower tumbling left after the second shot.
