The first rack seems a lot tougher than the other two. What gives?

The second rack, @bullet and it gives nicely, upsetting the third as well. Good tip!

166k with 3 birds.

The first bird is aimed at the tip of the middle hanging structure. Sometimes he will continue on against the upper right house which can be useful, as the pig inside can be tough to kill with the boulders.

Next, aim just under the left hanging structure. Drop the egg to the left of the bird cage. The house with the cage will be knocked left and matilda’s body will bounce against the chains of the middle and left hanging structures, dislodging both. Often one of the boulders in the middle will stay attached and swing against the right hanging structure.

You can clear the level at this point but I didn’t so there’s at least 176k in it. I used the third bird to take out that stubborn right house.

…And there you go. 175k with 2 birds exactly like described above.

@angrychicken thanks for the strat. Bad aim sent red halfway up the glass panel, and luck did the rest.

Thanks to @angrychicken for the strategy ;-)

As a side note it is important not to break the middle structure with Red.

I’ve been using a slightly different two bird strategy that has landed me 2nd place…Behind @Asher of course- Tee Hee ;-D

It’s similar to what @angrychicken posted as well as the final outcome, but I’ve been aiming my two shots differently, with different goals and outcomes.

For the first bird – The trajectory is to send Red in pretty high so that he flies just under the left hanging structure, and goes on to hit the left side of the slanted blue plank of the middle top hanging structure. That blue plank has that crack in it, which is a good spot to hit as well as next to the stones/pumpkins. Here is a good trajectory example for this shot:

https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/lesleyg/album/picture/21963/

As in the pic…All of the middle and right side piggies are taken out here ;-D Red usually ends up ricocheting off the blue planks of the middle floating house below with the balloons. He can go right or left which really doesn’t seem to matter too much. More often he goes to the left and ends up bouncing off the left bumper, bouncing back over to ignite the bottom tnt. If he goes right, he or falling debris will also ignite the tnt.

Meanwhile, (Which is the exact opposite of Asher’s tip above to “Not break the middle structure with Red”) I found that if you wait just a second or two, the left hand side of that hanging middle blue plank that Red hit, should be damaged enough to break, dropping the left two boulders down below, while leaving the right one to stay attached, which will swing over to the right hand side and knock into the top right hanging structure dropping it as well. The outcome as in the screenshot with only the left pigs and structures remaining is very repeatable…scores range from 115K to 125K here ;-) I’ve had some good final outcomes even if one of the right or bottom pigs survive here. especially the Big Fat Bottom one, tee hee…He can be knocked out with second shot :D I had much better luck doing it this way.

Second bird is nearly the same trajectory as the first. I found dropping Matilda’s egg just as she is right in the center, under the wooden triangle allows for the boulders to fall straight down, which will get that annoying left pig there and free the Blues. Her “Not-a-Carcass” and/or falling boulders and debris can assist with extra debris points down below in the middle…which can also assist in getting that Fatso Pig down below if he is still alive 8-)

Here is that second and final bird trajectory and remaining debris:

I should add that after Red, if the middle structure falls without keeping that right boulder attached, and doesn’t swing over to take out far right structure, then I reset…I had much better luck and overall outcomes doing it this way…rather then keeping the middle one intact and then taking it down by ricocheting Matilda between the two left ones. The reason is because in order for her to ricochet between the top two left ones/chains so that she gets them both, you have to have her “Egg Drop” just left of the cage as angrychicken wrote but in doing so, that leftmost annoying pig there perched on the cliff is much harder to kill verses a direct Bomb ;-)

Thanks @karen68 and @lesleyg for the strategy and video. Worked as described. I was able to get into the 169k many times but found that two in rapid succession of each other seemed to get me closer and into the 170k. Giver that the first bird takes out the middle and right upper structures
