Everything in this level looks tiny on my iPhone. I can hardly see the birds. I’m having to wear my reading glasses – normally only worn to read tiny print Dickens novels! I’ve never needed glasses to play Angry Birds before. Had Rovio forgotten that its games are pkayed on phones?

I wish Rovio would include ABS in their cloud so that I could play it on iPad and not ruin my eyesight!

I agree. This update, as well as some (but not all) of the Pig Days levels are positively microscopic on my iPod Touch, making precision shooting very difficult. (Don’t care much for these Ham Dunk levels in general, with their busy graphics and gimmicky solutions.) Recently downloaded the new App Store bundle of old Angry Birds HD games onto my iPad, but who knows if I’ll ever get around to replaying all the old levels of ABS in HD. If this trend continues, though, I’ll definitely start playing the new levels on iPad.

Yellow bird to far right, accelerating through the base of tree, and into slope. Black bird to rear of ship. Big Red to lower slope, getting pigs, and through to tunnel. Follow up with yellow bird if needed. 141k

Easier said than done. I have yet to reach 3 stars on this level. Even after a few hours, changing my throwing order.

This is one of the most difficult levels I can remember in any of the AB.

Very hard indeed–I cannot even pass this level, yet!– my strategy is watching the walkthrough, waiting 48 hours, coming back with some calculated and random shots, hopefully to achieve 1 star!! Still, have been doing this for a few days already and no pass…:(

I can clear the level without using the final Chuck, yet I am stuck with 2 stars..

I know I am not the only one who thinks this level is rigged.

139180 and three stars fairly quickly once I started to use the red and black birds the opposite way to Terribletom. Yellow through the palm trees, land the black bird near the pig with sunglasses to remove all or most of the pigs on the sand. Red through the middle of the boat destroying most of it, and the final yellow into the underground TNT.

YES!! This is definitely the way to go. Yellow through trees, Bomb bird into sunglasses pig, Red bird sinks boat, yellow bird through the sand to blow up the TNT. I was so frustrated trying other ways, and after like 8 tries using this approach, got 136930 for three stars!

By the skin of my teeth. 135040. I had to use a power-up just to get the three stars, but your method worked pretty much the first time, while I’ve spent hours by the video and the other ways in the replies. Thanks.

1st shot: similar to video, but right through grass at base of first tree. This should undermine and topple both trees , and the basketball can break loose to get the small sunglass pig, and once even took out the pig under the umbrella. (Wondering with the right bounce if it could roll down and take out all pigs on the hill?).

2nd shot: steep angle BB down into the water, so he barely misses the vertical post/pylon. He should come up under the hull of the boat and often sink it completely. (Even if he doesn’t at first, floating debris will sometimes finish it off). I’ve had scores up to 104K at this point.

3rd shot: take out the lower pigs on the hill

4th shot: through to the tunnel to explode the TNT and kill remaining pigs. :))

I did get all the pigs on the hill with the first, which should have led to a nice 3-birder, but I messed up and didn’t sink the ship.

Well I’m back.. stocked up on BP meds , definitely needed for this level!! That third shot with Big Red is killing me!! That stubborn little bacon bit with the pink Whatever it is coming out the side of his head , just won’t freaking budge!!

Alright, I don’t think the overall strategy is much different than @peejaydee27, but here’s some tips – boy was this level infuriating until you get the feel for it. After that, very repeatable above 145k.

1st bird: Use a higher arc and aim just above the life preserver. With luck, you’ll get both trees to topple and Chuck will end up going into the tunnel.

2nd bird: Very steep angle, bomber has to be towards the back of the boat to get it to sink.

3rd bird: get any the higher of the remaining birds on the bill and the leftovers in the tunnel.

4th bird: Cleanup…bonus if you can mop up any remaining treasures in the tunnel.

YB – shoot in a flat arc, aim at left pig on palm tree, must break all three trunks, both pigs and torch. If under 25K, reset. 25K-27K possible. This is the toughest shot.

Bomb bird – shoot in a flat arc, aim at sunglasses pig with cone, explode. Should take out three pigs, leave rightmost pig.

Big Red – shoot downward, aim for life preserver. Should go straight through, sink everything.

YB – shoot in flat arc, aim just below remaining pig on hill, must set off TNT and treasure chest. Upper tunnel pig rolls down and takes out lower pig.

Very tough to break 145K.

The back of the boat underwater with the bomb bird was the key to getting it to sink.
For a while landed it on the top back of the boat and then to the middle of the boat under water.

They need to lower the threshold on the spalding ball (mighty eagle) for Istanbul, Charlotte Hornets and Miami Heat. I have been throwing non stop and have done more destruction than on other boards and cannot get 100%.

Hi, I don’t understand what going through the basket with the yellow birds does. When I send them through the basket they really don’t take our many of the brown blocks. This one is driving me crazy!

The key to total destruction is to send both yellows through the hoop, big red into the treasure pit, and the sports bag under the ship (bomber doesn’t help much). The basket shots are tricky, but with this method, I was consistently scoring in the mid-90’s until I finally hit 100%. Good luck!

it only took one bird through the hoop and placing the tombstone behind the catapult on the hill to the rear. the super basketball or (eagle ball) destroyed most everything! the key is to get at least one of the yellow birds through the hoop..

Confirming all above. Both yellow birds through the hoop, then the sports bag under the boat. 100%.

I found it easiest to aim the yellow birds at one of the bright lights in the scenery then fire at a certain place. Aiming for the basket was too difficult.

@warren – I agree with you. While I can’t say with certainty that the getting the yb’s through the hoop doesn’t help , I can say that getting the spalding (might eagle can) either under the boat or just to the left is the actual key.

Like all the others, I send Yellow in with an arc, thru the lifesaver and digging a tunnel in the sand, making sure the trees topple over and release pigs and the ball. Using @peejaydee27 ‘s tip (many thanks by the way, a real lifesaver!) to send BB as steep as possible I got the boat to sink all the way. Big red with a medium arc took care of the left piggies and he rolled down thru the sand into the water. Yellow bird with a medium arc towards the TNT to take care of the remaining pigs underneath the sand. I got a score of 156520 this way.

I finally scored three stars with a score of 160030 on Miami Heat. I have not been able. To get anywhere with the mighty Basketball. Highest score was 97 but cannot get to 100. The more and. Locks the higher thes ore..usually.but I can only reach far enough reach far enough to get the sand hill with the yellows. The rest will not get there, not even with helpers. Anyone ever get to 100% on this? Can’ even find a walk through. Could it be possible they actually don’t have a Mighty Basketball win on this one? Suggestions or solution?

Information for all wishing to advance from 2016 levels 3-1 to 3-15

I have reached to other members of our team, and this is not as much of a functional problem as it is a digital rights problem.

The NBA levels in the game had to be removed, because our agreement with NBA had ended in 2016. As long as the old game is installed on the device, the levels should stay. If it is reinstalled, the NBA levels would be removed as well, as they are no longer present in the base game.
