I believe the video is the best approach. After my third shot, there were only three gold coins (9K) remaining.

In order to get a high score on this level you need to kill as many coins and swords as possible. So I used my first 2 shots to get as many underwater coins as I could. This is the bit where skill comes in. With a bit of practice you should be able to score 50k+ most of the time after these 2 shots. Then it’s down to luck. 3rd shot as per video 1st shot and you need the shipwrecks to both collapse into where all the coins were.

Alternatively, if you should get tired of waiting for the right side not to fall(!), use only one shot under water, then the second as per video. Third bird to follow second and take down the right side of the structure. The bird will often drop down and hit some coins anyway. I got 185k this way so far.

Got 199 with 2. First under water. 32k was my best but only had about 20k on 199. Lucky second, only 2 gold footballs left.

Thanks @foley200 for the strategy and @comex666 for the video. There is a luck factor with the first bird on getting a good number of the lower items (coins?) under water destroyed. Seemed like a lower angle worked better. The fall of the entire wood structure (lucky) also helped to destroy the lower items.

Congrats on yet another most excellent video @comex666! I got tired of trying the 2 bird strategy and either having many coins left or having to use the third bird to destroy the ship and ending up with scores only in the 170.00’s, ugh!

So I used the first 2 birds to take out coins on the bottom. First red aimed at the lowest 2 coins on the bottom left. This starts a cascade where coins and pig fall to the left. I tried for 19.000+ here. Second red aimed only slightly higher to once again take out as many low coins as possible and start the cascading again. Unless I got 45,000 or better here I reset (my best was 55,290 — here is a picture of what it looks like after 2 birds — https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/realfish/album/picture/24880/ )

Final throw the third red up like in the videos and hope everything crashes down. I had about half a dozen 180,000+ and my 191,680 this way.

Another level were identical shots yield wildly different results. And here I am stuck at 169K using all three birds.
