Hi @admins, the upper limit on permitted scores on this level is too low. I’ve flung over 314k but can’t enter the score.

Thanks @mg516, before the walkthroughs were open I could only see the average of about 240k and so my 314k was dubious!

Hi @kathy yup, as per video. I made a fuss out of nothing here, as an early flinger I got to the level before the walkthrough video and comment sctions were available, so all I had to go on was the value in the average column on the scoreboard which was about 240k, and my score of (then) about 314k. I had a woo hoo moment, well a woo hoo hour to be accurate, until it turned out that my score was nothing special. When woo hoo turned to boo hoo!

@ Kathy – Before the video was up I was flinging Bubbles up to the pile on top and I did score over 300K. I finally settled on a strategy similar to the video to get my current score. I constantly had a hard time with the two birds on the lower ledge. I have to keep trying to get above average. Good flinging.

Just stopped by to whine a little. I can’t even one-star this level, let alone finish it. I always, and I mean always, end up with one smug looking little stinker remaining on the top ledge.

328k as video but was having problems clearing the 2 birds on bottom ledge. Used 2nd yb to take these out.then bomd bird high arc to land between the 2nd and 3rd wooden diamond. 238,180. Been getting 32xk plus regularly this method. Struggling to get 3* threshold can’t get 2* and 307,9503*

brill had a 302k and a 305k. it mad trying to get a low score and it beats you, ended up getting a 328k without going for it. recomend score geathering, can improve game play, some levels getting fling and demolish. here`s to the next @steely59

I use a different strategy. My highest score is 320.970 First bird goes up an tries to topple the upper tower by removing the support column.(120.000 score possible). Second goes horizontally under the rock to remove the hanging bridge. Yellow bird, important, NOT towards the cave (The debris blocks bird 4), but remove pigs on bottom. Bird 4 should destroy the cave. Bomb bird as per video, removes the high structure and releases another bomb bird. Bird six removes wahtever necessary. Finally bomb bird cleares out the remaining pigs on top structure. I had 3 times a score between 320.210 and 320.970, so I may not get higher – but at least it is a fine score.

Somewhat the same as gaiaya.

First bird to remove the upper portion of the top structure. Sometimes this can set off the stove below, but I do not find this helpful.

Second straight ahead.

Third, yellow to take out the three piggies on the swing. Again, bird can continue to set off stove, but not required.

Fourth, orange bird, to stove. If stones are in front of stone, not a problem.

Fifth, White bird, as in video to release the caged bomb bird.

Bomb bird to the center top.

Thanks @bonneypattycat for posting your strategy. Tried the others listed on the page but this one yielded the most points. Took the stove out with the yellow bird a few time and used the orange bird on top in the wood pile.

This ain’t easy, but could produce 350k

Stella – to the left corner of the swing, so she drops down between the cart with the treasure and the camel. Hopefully, she will pick up enough debris, and fling it far enough, that it takes down the swing and something hits the boulders in front of the stove. These are very unstable, and quite often fall down. Even if only the stone with the pig falls, it’s worth trying the next shot.

BR – to stove

YB – straight ahead into pig in box

OB – to structure at the top, in the same manner BB is used in the walk through video

Matilda – as walk through

Two bonus birds for 20k

I’ve always had a piggy remaining somewhere, so have had to use another bird to eliminate the swine.
But up to 339k so far

@klara-van-emden I see that you got no reply from the top scorer. My strat may work, give it a go, you are a top flinger. I also had a weird glitchy thing when I flung Big Red as in the walk through and the right side of the level blew up. Unfortunately I didn’t make good use of it. It would be nice to know how @bgbuk did it

Here’s an alternative strategy that gives in the mid 330’s consistently, for those having trouble with this level. Have 337 with it so far and I use all but 1 bird.
The trick is to release black bird before yellow bird in the cave, thus having yellow left over at the end rather than the more useful black.

Pink up top. Must topple tallest part of tower

Red straight ahead to front bit and maybe take some of the cart

Yellow high and drop black bird cage

Orange bird through swing and in to take cave

White you can choose what to do. Usually drop on remains of camel and up towards wood where black cage was.

Black bird to centre of top

One bird left.

Probably not the way to 150 but 140 should be on. I left 6k in treasure in the cave in 337.

Thank you for posting your strat @foley200 , not quite 330 , need to do some more flinging, but got me above average and in the top 100:)
This was the standout level that kept me from above average and, top 100 overall, I’m so happy is in now: D

Well I’m late to the party but I used a different strat…I make it a point as I always do, to NOT come to the walkthrough for help until I get a score that is pretty well above average because I feel it taints my instincts of my own trial and error :-)

First Shot: I sent Stella in a high arch to land and push the vertical wood plank in the second row of the the top tower, just behind the wooden diamond…once she’s bubbled up and done her thing, as long as the top half of the top structure has crumbled I proceeded, if not, reset because you need to make way for the Chuck (third shot).

Second Shot: Best results came sending Terrence just above the horizontal bar of the pigs on that swing. On my high score, he carried through and hit the cement triangles and ignited the stove releasing that caged Chuck :-) but even if he didn’t, I proceeded with some decent outcomes.

Third shot: I sent OB in a high arch to the remaining “bottom line” of the wood and piglets uptop. On the same high score run, he broke through the remaining wood and when he expanded, the remaining few pigs blew left and right.

Fourth Shot: I sent Matilda with a slight arch to the middle area, below the top floating rock and dropping her egg to clean up the remaining pigs/coins, so she would then richochet and knock over the horse causing it to tumble down for more points. Here is that trajectory and my final shot with score of 343490:

Third shot: is Chuck in a high trajectory to take out the bottom wood supporting plank below the caged Bomb Bird!…then proceed with above strat…Forth is OB, Fifth is Matilda…two bonus birds…tee hee :D
