Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Abra-Ca-Bacon Bonus level 1 (which is unlocked by earning 30 stars) is to send the first Big Brother and Black birds through the blue portal, which will clear out most of the level between them. If there are platforms on the right side, shoot Big Brother through the red portal. Otherwise, blue portal one more time and finish off. The score in the video below is 188,140.

Three birds, all through the blue portal. Key shot is getting the black bird up to the top to blast stones left and right. Clown pig remained but took a chance and fired through the blue portal again. Got great action and it finally bounced up to right and took out the clown pig and lots the remaining stuff.

I was ready to complain about the lack of details for high scores, but I can’t even say how I got above average. What happens seems so dependent on pixel accuracy, both for aiming and detonating. Hope I don’t have to come back.
Hope @E-Star posts a video, but I’m not holding my breath.

223040 3 birds, first 2 through blue portal, last one through red, All rubble just disappeared. Do not know really what happened it went so fast . A lot of bouncing from the red birds.

@amslimfordy, got 2 freezes after each other. It happens when Terence is falling out of a portal -and falls back. The bird is switching between the portals. Finally the entire game crashes and has to restarted again (complete seasons I mean).

We’ve had a few people report crashing on “infinite portals”. I believe Rovio is aware of it — though I’m not sure what will be done.

Nothing can be done.The devices get overloaded by info about the coordinates.iPads or iPhones are no supercomputers.

Fun bonus level. Found when shooting BIG BROTHER that with go high on the blue portal or low. Seems towards the middle didn’t do as much damage. Followed up with bomb bird with the exact same trajectory blowing it at the very top. Only got 86ed once when BIG BROTHER got caught in portal. Had quite a few 2 bird shots to clear the level. Just didn’t rack good points.

Yay! Top score at last! Have to confess to becoming slightly obsessed with this level when I realized my high score was only 70 points off Rona’s (the men in white coats may be knocking at my door quite soon!). Despite all the bugs this level has (birds going in one tunnel but coming out of a different colour tunnel, not going into the tunnel at all, birds getting stuck in a loop in tunnels causing level to crash etc.), have enjoyed the wanton destruction and possible high scores. After months of trying, today got a very, very lucky 2-birder that caused enough debris to fall to get 226,540. Can finally stop playing this bloody level!

I sent the first shot thru the blue portal, very close to the bottom of portal. The second shot with bomb bird, I again sent thru the blue portal, in the lower –middle of blue portal. The third shot –I sent inbetween the two portals.

Gained a few extra points using @dawn-nelson method to have the first two birds go low in the blue portal and the third higher. With the first two birds it looks like they are going to hit the rim of the blue portal but it does work to produce a medium arc through the pigs and come out on the far left side. On some shots Big Brother did get some bounces off the pads for extra destruction and points.
I used two options with the third bird to go high in the blue portal near the top ring or into the orange portal depending on the remaining items and where they are located. Most of the time when I tried to fling between the two portals my bird got stuck or when through the incorrect portal.
This was a fun level to play and see all the debris fall with the destruction below. Also made sure that a bird went back to the left through either portal to destroy the juggling pins on the left and sometimes their wood stand for extra points. The 220k+ has escaped me on this level but will try again.

Well haven’t my improved my previous score of 217k (yet)
But I have one tip
If you need to take a third shot – and don’t we all – make sure that the three skittles next to the sling shot have been blown up for 9k. I can tell you from experience the disappointment of clearing all the piggies and their stone platforms for a score that would have been magnificent, if only it had the extra 9k ouch……

OMG this is now bringing back good and bad memories. I have the honour of being no.1 in the bonus levels. At the moment. OK it’s been a long moment, nearly a year, but I’ll be ousted eventually.
I just remembered how much of my life I lost flinging these ridiculous luck based levels just to be top somewhere
Was it worth it?

There is a bug now on this level were it shuts downs seasons.
Have reported to rovio. But seasons now discontinued

@ixan57 Are you running the latest version of Seasons?

I confirmed the bug on an iPad running Seasons version 6.6.1. However, I did not have any crashes for these levels using another iPad running Seasons version 6.6.0. Curious if it’s a version issue only.

@ixan57 I’m seeing the same behavior. Also, app crashed when I tried signing in as a Guest in The Pig Challenge.

I’ll submit a bug report to Rovio too. Perhaps if enough of us do it, they’ll post a fix. Usually, I’d be skeptical, but Rovio did post a recent fix for Rio, and that game has been discontinued for a while.

Thanks for reporting the bugs. Fingers crossed for a fix.

thank you for the information provided. We are aware of the crashing in bonus levels on several bonus episodes.

However, Angry Birds Seasons is not in active development at the moment, so I cannot predict if we will be able to fix this issue anytime soon.

@ixan57 Your most welcome, and thanks for the update from Rovio. At least they acknowledge the issue. Hopefully, they’ll have someone find the problem and give us a quick update. Then again, maybe we should just be glad those levels are all that’s broken! 😉. Great job finding them all.
