Our strategy for Timber Tumble Level #12 is to fling the Black bird over everything, breaking through the top of the stone plank on the right side. Falling logs should break the supports of the main structure from underneath. If a one-bird clear escapes you, use Big Brother to destroy the right pillar. The score in the video below is 188,900.

Shoot the first bird between the first balls and the top log. This causes the balls to fall. The bird carries on to the left balls, making them fall and clearing the level.
Score 196990
Exactly the same way as Jean-Paul above but he beat me to it ;) One birdie, high arc to pass between the roof of tree trunk (with the mushrooms) and the stones. There’s enough time for BB to carry on to the next pile of stones where he’ll explode, throwing the stones right which should hopefully bring down the monkeys in the cave. In the meantime everything else has went kaboom! Of course one of the stones has to make that trip down the tunnel on the bottom right to break the wood and release the wreckage above but overall a very repeatable high scoring method…….oh and it’s also fun to watch! Here’s the path you want..

Had a one birdie by going through the roof (stone-made) of the second log stack. Everything went, but not such a nice score, though. Congrats @jlz-666!
Thanks @lvmh I’ve tried the video method which I take it is what you’re referring to? I found it more difficult to get the left hand stones to release. You obviously didn’t! Nice score!
Very nice strategy Jan-Paul and @JLZ-666 I love 7k boosts on the very first try. :)
@jan-paul @jlz-666 used the same strat. Thanks for sharing. Weird that Jan-Paul cannot be mentioned by @
Brilliant @Jan-Paul VanToer!! Thank you for sharing:)
@Jlz-666 Thanks for the excellent details!! Is awesome to see that collapse! !
You’re more than welcome @kathy. Nice score you’ve got there, congrats!
Definitely the shot for this level.
However there was an initial moment of confusion: My dear fellow ABNers, are you really such strangers to real nature that a round brown object with darker rings around and inside in your perception is a ball or a stone? ;-)
Thanks Jan-Paul
I managed to improve almost 10k when finally coming back for an above average score. I hadn’t been here in quite some time & my iPads’s starting score was only 191520 but with your helpful comment & @kelani suggestion below as to when to activate BB on right logs, I just scored 201120. The explosion dislodged the ball on upper right which set the rest of the collapse in motion. It’s possible to get a 1-birder without the ball being dislodged, but these scores were high 190s.
Good strat.
Thanks Jan-Paul Van, @jlz-666, @kelani, @micromax for the strategy and all the tips. I did the same one bird solution but went for the black ball to fall. Aiming tip; zoomed in and a little bit of the peak is below the band of the sling. Activated bomb right before or when it hit the round part of the gold item on the right side. Challenging but fun level to play.
A tip on the @jlz-666 strategy. Detonate Bomb prior to impact with the second cluster of logs. One will occasionally fly up and release the big black ball, which usually has no trouble getting through the tunnel and clearing the rest of the structure.
@micromax You read my mind. People: The round brown things with oddly-familiar concentric rings are logs. They won’t become stones for a few million years. Also, the episode’s Timber Tumble, not Boulder Bowl-Over. :)
Followed this strat, thank you @kelani. Photo of high score is in my album.
I think the slight difference in scoring, was debris falling inward and hitting other debris, rather than falling outward. Or just pure luck, lol.
woott @kelani the ball didnt do extra damage but got an extra 5k, finally hitting some good scores on PC version :)
@crivit I’ll say! You’re getting some very nice scores, indeed :) btw, did you mean the ball didn’t fall, or just didn’t hit anything useful? For me, if that ball stayed attached to the tree, the best I ever got was 200-202k.
I plan to return to this episode on PC and mount some kind of challenge very soon. :)
@kelani the ball went down first so it didn’t hit any additional debris. Good luck, more perseverance and less luck you know the deal :)
I probably meant persistence but anything goes
Thanks so much for the clarification! It’s also nice to have humor injected into all the great tips, info, etc. With 200,880 at this post, I CLEARLY have only a *faint* comprehension of & about this level. THX @jlz-666 for the strat … & @kelani , @bernersenn & @crivit for your immense assistance. I (maybe) see a dim light at the end of the tunnel :-). Best & Cheers, …. Rogue
Thank you @micromax I was thinking I haven’t seen stones that look quite like that thought I was mad
Hoping to help some with the challenge of the day, a video of the @kelani variation of @jlz-666 strat:

Bless you, bless you o great @mightymax! I knew I didn’t have it at 192k, looked at others’ instructions several times but couldn’t visualize the thing. Your video.
Using the @Kelani variation of @jlz-666 strategy ~ screen-shot of remaining debris after 1st bird for a 205,660 score:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/uncle-b/album/picture/15949/
Not an ABN member, just lurker (Score: 206830).
There were two other one bird strategies that work:
1) BB in high arc, dropping through the concrete roof of the second cluster of logs. The logs will often take out the left side, and very occasionally either the explosion of the BB, or some random falling log will trigger the right side. The first cluster of logs of course is left, as well as the big black ball.
2) BB to the end of the wooden plank holding the first cluster of logs, exploding as it touches it. The logs should fly out, with one log destroying the wooden plank under the second log cluster. Sometimes some of these logs will bounce to the right side, destroying it as well. The big black ball is always left untouched.
Both of these resulted in high 190k scores (196-197). But both leave too much material to get much more than that, and there is quite a lot of luck as to whether the right side is destroyed at all (maybe only one in 20?).
I switched to @jan-paul’s strategy, with @kelani’s tip around triggering on impact to get the logs to fly. After only about 10 goes, I got one of the logs to fly high in the air coming down very heavily on the big black ball, and the log cleaned up the right hand side almost completely, with the ball dropping the left side. I didn’t realise it was a high score until after I went to look at ABN, so I don’t have a screen shot of the debris left. The only things remaining on the left were one whole stone block, one damaged stone block, and the ceiling parts of the second log cluster. I doubt there was any debris on the right, but can’t see it as the screen scrolls back to the leftover birds! Score: 206830 (yes I have photo of it)
Fascinating, Mr. Brenan! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! You oughtta become a member { says he, selfishly :) } …. so that when I try your strategies & have Qs, I can ‘reach’ you for help {LOL :-) }.
Your comments are appreciated, Tom! _ Best & Cheers, Rogue
PS. would you mind posting a snap or two? I’m an old guy … every lil bit helps. Again, thanks! _ r _ :)
That’s a tricky shot getting the first bird above the first set of logs and into the second. I’ve managed it a couple of times but haven’t seen the big ball drop down yet.
@sweetp I have tried a number of times to upload a screenshot confirming a high score for a puppy but keep getting an error message; This page isn’t workingwww.angrybirdsnest.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I achieved the score using the same method as MicroMax video
I will try again later
Thank you
@admins I wonder if you can help; still unable to upload screenshot confirming high score? I’ve tried all the usual methods (clear history and cookies, log on again etc) to no avail.
@admins @sweetp it seems the issue was it didn’t like .png files. had no problem uploading a .jpeg.
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/pauliboy/album/picture/29545/ confirming high score of 206690 for puppy please
@pauliboy, I was able to upload a couple of my own pictures in .png format and had no problems. Do you think the file size was too large?
However, good to know you were able to convert the screenshot into a .jpg and could upload it that way.
Congrats on your puppy.
207400 with one bird.
Same strategy as described in the first post by Jan-Paul Van Toer. As a side note, Bomb must be manually detonated to send one log to break the thing holding the black ball, like in @micromax video.
Here is the final result.
And this is the highscore screenshot.
All the screenshots are also available in high res here in one set.
