This is our walkthrough video for Angry Birds Rio Timber Tumble Star Bonus Level #2. The level is unlocked by earning 40 stars in Timber Tumble. One strategy is to speed a Yellow bird above the wrecking ball, allowing it to destroy the right half of the level. Finish off the left side with a Black bird. The score in the video below is 188,790.

Shoot the bomb bird a little lower and try to get it to break through and roll under the structure for much better damage.

Clear everything aside from the first sructure with YB. Then lob BB onto the tire right of the structure.

First shot like the video. But for the second shot I like a high lob with BB, bouncing him off the semi-hidden tire to the right of the tower. He’ll usually push into the structure and settle directly above the TNT, producing a very productive explosion.

Used the same strategy @grimbley, thanks for the post. Obtained the one bird solution a number of times but with a lower score. Fun level to play.

First bird same as video. Left structure can be taken out with one bird aiming black into the structure above the square cement block at bottom left . But didn`t explode the tnt underneath. Also I must have the lowest score for a one birder 180K. Still trying to get to average. TY for your hints, but they are not working for me :)

Top score (for now)! Did it exactly like the walkthrough video, except I got lucky when the black boulder destroyed the boom almost completely. Then second bird onto the tire and only a couple of pieces of cement left. One bonus bird = 218K!

like the video – but here’s some aiming tips

first bird, zoomed in, touch the nose to the post and loft him up, activating a split second before apogee. if chuckie shoots the gap cleanly he’ll roll through everything like the video. a hair higher and he brushes the wall and stops at that last board, which I think gives slightly higher DQ (Destruction Quotient)

Cross your fingers and hope the crane isn’t on top of the tire to the right of the left structure.

Black Bird over he top, pull him so he barely overlaps the post. even if the crane is blocking, take the shot anyway, sometimes he goes through what is remaining and bounces in anyway – sometimes he brushes off the crane and does his duty.

There’s about 72K in the left structure for complete annihilation. so with a bonus bird, target a score, subtract 80K, and that’s where you want to be after the first shot.

If you’ve been playing long enough (and who here hasn’t) that curved tree just screams “fling that first bird here!”
Can’t seem to get a one-bird with enough damage but two is do-able.
