I hate this level. The fourth tower never falls for me. This is the only Rio level I don’t have three stars on. Anyone have another method?

This wasn’t my favorite level either. This one and a couple of other levels, I got lucky, and finished it with one bird and got less points for it. This one took me a long time. The only thing I can say is keep at it.

Yeah, we could do with a better video for this level too as point of impact on the tower, as well as the point of acceleration for the first yellow bird are not visible due to a stutter in the vid.

True, it does stutter, but you can tell the point of acceleration by the little puff of smoke the yellow bird leaves behind.

61,770. First yellow bird low on the first tower. This took out first tower and part of second–but marmoset was still standing on second tower. Second yellow bird took out second marmoset. One red bird 3/4 up third tower took out the last two marmosets.

I swear, I could kiss you TonyNYC! I have been completely at a loss as to how to get 3 stars because the method shown never worked. When I tried yours, 3 stars first try. Thank you!! Now I can stop screaming and cursing at the game. Haha.

I posted this method several months ago (before I registered for ABN), and I came back to it this morning I’m trying to improve some old scores. I’m glad so many folks found this helpful, but now I’m struggling with it!

I guess my aim is just off a bit!

I used this method but found getting the third shot with the red bird was very accuracy sensitive. I swapped the 2nd & 3rd shots around ie first shot as described, 2nd shot with yellow bird to take out 3rd & 4th towers then the red bird to knock off the last marmoset. Got it in one try :-)

78390 with 2 birds! Shoot the first yellow bird hard at the top of the stone rectangle at the bottom of the first tower. This will in some events reduce the first tower to small debris, taking parts of the second tower with it..and the second marmoset. Then with the second bird hit the stone rectangle on the third tower the same way. It will drop down, and forcing the fourth tower to hit the TNT.

I used a combination of Tony’s and jomasa’s strategy in this way:

First bird: like jomasa’s in that it was aimed at the concrete, however very occasionally the concrete will break, sorting out monkey #1
Second bird: Like Tony’s to take out monkey #2, destroying as much wood as possible for more points
Third bird: Like Tony’s, i.e. about 3/4 of the way up the third tower so it collapses onto the tnt

I have 69k with this method :)

Used DocTony’s to improve my score, in order to get a higher score (60k+) you need around 27k+ after 1st 2 birds. I managed to take out both front towers & marmosets with 1st bird a few times but kept messing up my next shot. Two birder is definately possible.

thx to my bud @xebic88 I got this score.
1st through the bananas both structures and monkeys were down 27k.
2nd on the very high edge of the hollow stone I used an immediate acceleration shot. Good luck you immortals

Thanks for the video @crivit used the same basic 2 bird strategy although hitting the nearest hollow concrete block can be as effective as going through the wood as long as you have a clear shot at the second block it’s all good.

81780 with 2 birds.

Indeed for the first Chuck I have tried an alternate trajectory by hitting the top left corner of the hollow stone block, hoping that some falling pieces will take care of the vertical plank on the bottom left of the second tower. When it works it provides better scores than going through the bananas.
Here is the trajectory and result.

The second bird is more classical.
