Angry Birds Rio Golden Beachball Walkthrough Level #24

Our strategy for Golden Beachball level 24 is to loft the White bird over the second tower, bombing the stone plank on the right side of the level. Plow straight ahead with a Red bird, hopefully reaching the fishy in the middle of the level. The score in the video below is 90,500.

I did the same, used the ABN video. I do not think there is any other solution for a good score. Nice work sal. Fun level to play.

I played mine just like the video before watching it and it literally is just like the video…Same exact score 90500, lol ;-)))

Actually my first bird scored 47370 because I got the two cages in the bottom left and the fishy with the first bird. Then I sent Red at the horizontal plank. It all washed out in the end…pretty neat it ended up with the same score ;-D

Played like the video. Little detail: drop the bomb on the left little square stone, yields 50k. Then cross your fingers when flinging little red.

Been playing this level for days now, and after hundreds of attempts got 93K+, with hardly any debris left. Does anyone know how it is possible to get an extra 10K like the current first place player? Not challenging the legitimacy, I just can’t see how it can be done.

@peejaydee27 Total or near-total destruction is a factor, but I think the extra damage points from a slow crumble are probably where that 10k is hiding. If you look at the walkthrough video, Sal gets 90k with plenty of debris left. Judging by the video, the points do seem to be there, although it might take a miracle shot to get them.

Of course, it’s always possible the scores are boosted by the double-counted birds bug (DCB). But that’d require a 40-43k 1-birder, 60-63k 2-birder, or an 80-83k 3-birder, neither of which seems very likely.

It’s definitely a tough level. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Same boat, and looking at the other scores from top flingers, 95K seems to be the ceiling unless …I got a 1 birder one time, but it didn’t break my high of 91,690. Something from the right bumped the stone on the right side of the left structure, broke the red bird cage, and collapsed that structure too. the raw score was just over 61. I have not been able to recreate the throw, nor is it easy to complete the level unlocking all cages and NOT break 62.

Just like the walkthrough for 93780, but I have to agree with @peejaydee27, I did have some debris left, probably enough to add up to 101k, but I just don’t see how to destroy it all. Even with the crumble factor, as there doesn’t seem to be much of that on this one.

Seems to me that the only way to get near 100K is with a very unlikely one birder. Besides that…… the joke(rbg) is on anyone who spent too much time trying to get a puppy on this one.
