Angry Birds Rio Golden Beachball Walkthrough Level #10

Golden Beachball level 10 is quite a bit of fun. Our strategy is to fire the first Yellow bird through the wooden support of the first tower, causing it to topple left. Loft the White bird and drop the bomb between the second and third structures, resulting in both towers crumbling to pieces. A Yellow bird through the wooden support of the last tower will clear the level. The score in the video below is 138,850.

152940 : 3 birds
1. cut the left coconut tree and break wood of first tower.
2. drop bomb in tower 2 and tower 3
3. Aim far for tower 4 bottom (wood)
if things get done….150k no problem.

Just to clarify: you don’t need to cut the left tree, you need to destroy it yielding 4300+ points and the first tower still standing. BOMB drop nicely between tower 2 and 3. With a bit of luck tower 1 collapses as well. If you have 101+k at this point the final shot might get you over 135k for a total of 145+k.

There is indeed a 2 bird solution. First bird should destroy the first two towers. You want to aim it at the horizontal stone of the second section of the first tower. It takes some tries but you should be able to get the vertical stone at the back of the second section to fall backward and remove the sand below the seond tower. 2nd bird low and detonate roughly where the sand was. You want to hit the third tower in such a way that a stone hit the wood support at the bottom of the fourth tower

O.k I am easily confused..horizontal stone of second section .meaning. second from top or bottom ..and top stone of the section or bottom stone of the section? @manu malin @surfcow

@kathy, I’m pretty sure you wanna aim low on this one, so go for second horizontal from bottom. I hit right around the wood vertical in front (lower of two on this tower) toward the bottom of the wood. The bird bounces inside the hollow space and pushes the stone piece at the back of the hollow space so it falls down to sand supporting the next tower. When you hit the spot, I’m pretty sure you will know it. Both towers will be out of the way. Then again, I always have issues with beach-related levels because my attention deficit disorder kicks in and one half of my brain says “Surf’s up, dude. Check out those gnarly waves.” And the other half yells, “Cowabunga, Cowadunga… it’s time to eat and take a nap.” So yeah, I’m loopier than that guy who sniffs ski wax all day and then tries to bungee jump off a chair lift using silly string.. Aloha.

@mvnla2 my 166k was the same 2-birder as @eweber I haven’t touched Rio in close to a year and have no desire to anymore. I lost all confidence in the scoring of this game when the “double-count” of unused birds began happening.

Thank you @eweber for the great strat. It doesn’t come easy, but after much time attempting it, success finally. I had several 2-birders, but just didn’t get great damage. But when it happens, it happens!

You’re so right @waimea when it happens it really does happen. Both shots are tough but I had more problem getting the 2nd one to work properly. I had about 60k after the 1st bird, & a lot of mediocre scores before everything fell just right.
I would guess that 166k also came from a 2-bird strat rather than a 1-birder – there was stll enough stone left behind when I hit 161k.

I agree. I used @eweber ‘s strat long ago to get 148k. Revisiting for the COTD has been great and I had the ever elusive perfect two shot combo go just right for my score and there was still points on the ground. Though the variable is the tumbling debris instead of immediate annihilation.

Thanks @eweber for the strategy and @comex666 for the video. The video really nailed the locations on where to send the two birds. This was a fun level to play. Watching to see is the yellow bird would kick back a stone to the second tower and if the white bird could take out the remaining tower was fun. There was a little luck involved in obtaining a high scores in the fall of the towers and debris destruction.

I got mine by cutting through palm tree and hitting wood at bottom left structure, the more the palm tree gets cut up with this shot the better as mentioned above, then second bird between two and three towers then third bird to bottom wood of last tower, pretty common, key for the extra points comes with the first bird.( i tried Manu’s and got first shot ok but could not get second bird to hit right)

This is the method I’ve been using as well for 149k. i actually had a 1-birder on this level, but got a very low score (120k) but there’s a couple of working two-birders, but for lower scores unfortunately. I haven’t managed a manu style finish yet either! :)

This is today’s Challenge level and while I’ve managed to get Manu’s awesome two bird strat this time around, I scored higher with my original way. By no means is the way I did it better…it just is what it is.

If you can’t get the two birdie to work, try for the three birdie…and if this is the case you won’t score a high enough three birdie after a failed attempt of Manu’s first shot…so it’s one or the other. In other words, if you’re going for the three birdie, it is imparative tha you hit the very bottom left vertical wood plank and chop up the palm tree. It doesn’t work the same if you miss Manu’s first shot and then try for the second shot between tower two and three. You need those others points from the low first shot if you settle for a three birdie ;-)…

I got my current score of 148900 with three birds…I am STILL determined to get Manu’s high scoring two birdie down…in the mean time…If you can’t get it to work, go for the three birdie with a well aboove average score ;-) GL

I used Manu’s strategy for my current score although my 1st bird went through the 2nd wood plank from the bottom and pushed the stone over to take out the sand and both towers. 2nd bird just like described. Lots more destruction to be had. Thanks @eweber.

There is actually a one bird strategy but it doesn’t yeld that much points, it’s more for fun. You hit the the tallest tower at the end at the wooden structure. If you are lucky the falling debris will knock out the wooden base for the tallest tower making it fall to the left and thereby creating a domino effect.

Confirmed. You have to do a super high arc (where you propel the yellow bird after flinging it) and hit the bottom of the 4th tower. The shot took out all the monkeys but yielded only 88-89K :-(

I actually have gotten 160000 with this method. One bird, high arc. But it’s all about luck, how the whole thing will tumble own. You will get between 100000-160000.

Actually I got 3 or 4 one-birder by shooting the yellow bird through the wooden plank at the top of the 4th tower. The stones were falling down and broke the wooden plank at the bottom of the 4th. Everything fell to the left and killed every pig. But up to now I only managd a score of a little over 145k. But there was a lot of debris left.
