This video shows you how to get Golden Chest #5, which is hidden in Angry Birds Rio High Dive Level 10. The chest is in the top-right corner of the level, above a few TNT blocks. Using the Yellow bird, either try to snipe the chest or detonate the TNT below. Both seem to work fine.
