This video shows you how to get the apple that is hidden in Angry Birds Rio Airfield Chase Level 19 (10-4). The luggage on the far right side of the level is labeled. Use the first Yellow Bird and Blu to lower the middle structure. Then use the remaining Yellow Birds to break the horizontal block at the bottom of the last structure. This will cause debris to fall and break open the luggage.
