It should totally collapse. Finally, send the Black Bird between the left and middle structures to destroy the remaining pigs. The score in the video below is 99.420.

The key to this golden feather is to destroy as much of the stone structures. Use your birds to destroy as much as possible, like going for 3 stars. Then place the Mighty Eagle Football on the ground, in the middle of the debris.
To be awarded the “Touchdown” Achievement, you must earn three stars and 100% Total Destruction.

I logged in yesterday to check the new Eagles level, and all my previous progress was gone. I had 3 stars and total destruction on Cleveland-Pittsburgh, and now it shows nothing. Did anyone else have this problem?
