I concentrated more on breaking up the stone pieces on the left side, than on any of the wood structure. I ended up placing the sardine can right about where the two stone triangles come together to make a square.

Place the sardine can on top of the hollow glass block right next to the two stone triangles and stone plank on the left side.
Also worked is the can was launch and came to rest on top of the horizontal stone plank above the two stone triangles on the left side.
Did not launch any other birds.
