Obviously use the birds to take out as much as possible. A smaller pile for the Mighty Eagle is better but not required.

Launch the sardine can so it lands on top of the left most hollow stone block. Some times hitting the blocks upper left corner with the can slows it down so it rests to the right. The ME will do the rest and if 2 wood planks, 1 hollow stone square and 2 stone blocks remain, 100% should be awarded.
