I had trouble on this one, but Mighty Red makes it look easy, using all the birds to get 177K in the video below.
First, Blue takes the high road to split and take out the left flying skeleton and drop it on the near structure. Send Stella straight ahead to pick up the rest of it and deposit to the right. Hopefully she frees Bomb from his cage, but the third shot can too.
Send Matilda in a medium arc, dropping her egg on debris and catapulting into the remaining high-flyer – this should kill all the pigs but once again, Bomb+Stone=Points so we toss the fourth in there.

Even if chaos seems to rule here, I have been using a classic left to right destruction pattern.

First, send the Blues almost as in the video, the only difference is that the top Blue is going over the skeleton bird to do some damage on the right. Here is the trajectory.

Then Stella is sent in a high arc to land in the middle of the first platform like this. The idea is to lift stuff from left and right and more or less clear the platform.

A very good score at this point is around 100k with 2 pigs still standing.

Then Matilda is used to further damage the middle, bring down the second skeleton bird and free Bomb.

Of course, following @bernersenn theorem (Bomb+Stone=Points), you should send Bomb as soon as possible in a medium/high arc.

A few pointers. For the high loft second shot, the sweet spot is the chute between the two left side towers, activating just before hitting the bottom. A well placed/timed shot can get rid of almost all of those towers. Aiming is surprisingly easy. Aim Stella as high as you can without her crawling up the sling, then aim her ever slightly lower before releasing. For the last shot, the sweet spot is the platform surface just to the left of the pink spotted egg. However, getting BB in there with a low arc shot requires lots of clearing with the other birds first. I found that dropping BB into that position with a high arc shot didn’t get as many points, likely because more damage by previous birds allowed for the low arc shot in the first place.
