Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level 1 Week 57 which began the week of June 17th, 2013. Our non power-up strategy for this level is to fling yellow towards the middle tower to destabilize the right side of the level. Then drop the bomb Bird next to the tnt to clear the first pigs. Finally, send a third bird, if necessary, to clear any remaining pig. The score in the video below is 91,060.

1 birder no PU. I got lucky but it’s possible. Broke the horizontals wood planks under the helmet pig from the left high tower.
The right high tower fall down to the left, killing the big pig in the middle and pushing the ‘train’ to the left.
This one rolled and made the TNT explode. One bird 110650
Phew, @Traneric, I’m really trying. This is the best strategy without PU. But very difficult to get that train to tip over to the left and ignite the dynamite for a 1-bird high score. Will keep at it. Thanks!

I have tried and tried this strat and i just dont get the effect u guys are getting….

My 2 bird NO power up: Score:100,390
1st bird straigh into pillars of second pig killing the pig and creating path for shot 2.. 2nd bird straight into left pillar of the far structure, detonate.. causes debrit to fly in all directions also exploding the TNT and pushes pieces down hill.
THIS IS REPEATABLE I JUST RAISED MY SCORE 9000.. :)
Both shots are exact same tragetory, “just follow the first shots dotted line”

@terribletom How did you get 124k? What’s your strat? I’ve been stuck at 121k. Can’t seem to get higher score because too much remaining debris.
I’ve been using fully loaded WM to destroy most of train and debris for about 38k-42k. Then BB through remaining pig to the far right tower. Most of the time I get 112k-119k with an occasional 120k but can’t seem to get more than 121k. What’s your secret? Thanks!
By the way, the platforms are indeed different as you, and others, noted previously. Today I played on my iPad, then on my MacBook via Facebook. I was able to score higher on three of the levels using my MacBook. FYI.
@dseufert, I tried many ways….I got this by sending Wingman + KS/SS over the wagon & TNT, and taking out the two towers on the right, I was lucky that, the one instance debris tipped/fell over on the TNT.
Follow up with the Black Bird to clean up!!
@dseufert, I agree with you on the noticeable differences in platforms!! I only have facebook (PC), but have seen the differnces when I use my brother’s iphone!! I would hope Rovio is looking at levelling out field for all users!!

@dseufert, something else I’ve noticed, that it seems you can get the high scores, at the beginning, and seemingly, not even close to what was obtained after the fact!! Just thought that these may be somehow planned, in order to get more PU’s??? Just my thoughts….
@terribletom that was my thought too, but no way, it can not be proved by any reasonable way.
@terribletom and @cosmo2503. I’ve noticed that, too, tab is, higher scores seem easier early on, then hard to repeat later. For example, have you noticed that many players seemingly wait until the last day of weekly tournament, then read our strats, then nudge us out of the top ten? Hehehe. Happens to me almost every week. I’ll be in the top ten until Sunday, then get blasted back to 20th place, or further back, by a lot of others coming in seemingly at the last minute :) Another example, yesterday my wife and I were sitting on the patio next to the pool under the misters (hot day at 105-degrees). She grabbed her iPad and asked me what PUs to use and where to aim on each level. Inside of about 40-minutes, she completed all six levels with a score within 40k points of mine! Hehehe. Not sure if that constitutes “proof,” but it is surely suspicious. Kinda like slot machines on a cruise ship! That is, pay off seems greater early on, then diminishes the more you play! :)
@dseufert, My thought exactly!! Almost like the slot machines! Oh well, it is still an enjoyable game!! Just have to keep the cheats & hackers at bay!!
105 degrees!! Where are you located?? As for summer being this week, we are still experiencing cool temperatures, and lot’s of rain! More rain so far in June than a normal June. (I am in Central Canada)
Canada?!? No wonder :) I live in Avondale Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA, next door to Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. About 40% of my Avondale-neighbors are Canadian. They’re all back in Canada now because it’s so d*mn hot here during the summer months. They’re snow birds, talking about birds :) My favorite all-time pizza place is in cowboy country, in Calgary, along the main highway in/out of town, north of Jellystone and Montana, I guess.
The snowbird-Canadians have flown north for the summer. I don’t blame them. It will be darn hot here in the next few months: 115+ during July-September. On the other hand, our town is mostly devoid of traffic :) it’s like a ghost town here during summer months. Love it :) But love my Canadian neighbors, too. I watch their winter homes in Avondale while they’re away, and I have our golf course all to myself :) in the early mornings, of course, before it gets too darn hot!!!

Well I thought it had to be in the south at the very least! I have a buddy who is close by?? in Palmdale, works at the military base.
I live in the snowbelt…Canada’s capital city, Ottawa, Ontario.
I lived in Calgary when I was in my late teens( 1977)…haven’t been there since 94, but wow!! The changes are unreal, and with the proximity to the Rockies.
A true mix of Prarie and mountain That is where I hope to eventually retire to !!

@AMslimfordy Is there any way of knowing exactly the very highest score/points possible on any given level? Knowing the max would give me a goal/limit to achieve, not to mention weeding out the peanut gallery :)
On the other hand, the peanut gallery is probably spending the most $$$ on PUs. So I’ll shut up. My beak is sealed with DUCK tape.

I’ll go further on description about the @Traneric ‘s 1-BIRD-NO-PU’s
(because he beat me posting that start… ;)
The way is hi-arc… AND SPEED-UP YELLOW FROM TOP OF HI-ARC!… no close to targeted 2 horizontal-wooden-pieces that are at the top of the left-stone-boxed column. That will break/fall all wooden structure over the mentioned stone column… make fall to the left all the right-part of that and the MUST is that falling push the stone-boxes to the left to push the wooden base of the car (the one moustache-pig is)with 2 posible options: break the wooden-lower part and making TNT to explode OR making the all 2-piece-car to roll over the left.
The remaining debris and the amount of it will demand you to a very quick choice: left that 1-bird-no-pu’s or wingman+ss+ps combo to get the most… your choice.
