Just an observation from the last 3-4 tournaments; the red circle indicator is present with the spin and with the kart. If I tap the spin nothing comes up that lets me spin, everything is grayed out and the red circle goes away. So then I tap the kart and select the chest that becomes available, twice. Then I go back and tap the spin and I am allowed to spin the wheel. It is odd that the red indicator comes up, then goes away, then comes up again for the spin and one is only allowed to spin after going through the two chests. This has usually happened at least once per tournament.
