Any tips on # 4?? I see 1 trigger for the white portal though nothing for the bottom right chamber. I’m no bird master, but it’s rare that I’m this clueless.

You have to destroy all four of the numbered smiley faces to open up the two lower chambers, thanks to the tactics in the non-power up video here (though they didn’t get all the faces so only got two stars) I finally got the upper chamber with the number 4 smiley face.
I got three stars with 622,287 without using any powerups.
