Level 8 a low score if but a fun one especially non power up got a 196,450 one bird the two gems closest to the sling shot are the key

Blew away the competition Again!!
Why is the power up help section not load. It comes up but for the 7th and 9th just keeps swirling. Thus not doing so good on these tournaments.
Today the 11th still swirling with black screen. No walkthroughs is hurting my scores. Help
