A note to all those looking for non-Power Up walkthroughs: Unfortunately, going forward we will no longer be producing them. The reason is simple: we need to allocate the resources elsewhere. With two tournaments per week and six levels in each tournament producing even one full set of walkthrough videos is time consuming. Doing two per tourney just became too much. Level 1 Jingle Sling-Scope/King sling. send chuck up through the globes, and land it in tree. JS big Red’s underneath platform. JS FLW to sweep top of platform 293k
Level 2 JS Scope/KS send red bird up to globes. Should bring down suspended platforms. Chuck to upper baskets. Green bird high arc to lower right side. Orange bird into lower left pit. JS FLW, to middle pit. 252k
Level 3 JS Scope/KS High arc 50 take out right balloon holding suspended platform. JS blue bird to clean up right side. Bounce Sling FLW, Down to the portal, BQ when it clears above portal 402k
Level 4 JS Scope/KS send chuck into paint can. 2nd yellow bird through robes holding globes. 2rd yellow into hut. Bounce Sling FLW, through debris pile, into hut and eggs. 197k
Level 5 JS Scope/KS Big Red into base of stone structure. Yellow bird to take out globes. White bird to drop egg on upper right side. Bounce Sling/FLW High arc to base of right bumper pad, so it sweeps bottom 353k
Level 6 JS KS/Scope send white bird to left, dropping egg on gold, and flying through globes and upwards right, when it falls it should take out the wood/balloon holding strand of globes. JS/FLW to sweep bottom 353k
Terribletom (appropriate name I must say), your above strategies are simply awesome. I have no idea of how you come up with them, but I thank you so much for your advise. I don’t get to your point level, but I get enough. Thanks from a grasshopper.

@terribletom Yeah, for whatever reason what I couldn’t make happen yesterday was working today.
First try, 354K… then I saw you had upped yours too…
Another 50-60 tries to get up to almost 360k.
I didn’t even bother with trying to improve any other level; not feeling well today, so just rested most of the day.
I hope I’m not getting another cold, I just got over one 3 weeks ago! :-\
Now to do collections… every 3 days is a PITA… I wish they’d go back to every 14 days.

can someone post the walkthroughs without power ups?
@nitro @terribletom I need about 10-15k more WM. Help me do the math, please. Should I take advantage of the current sale by Rovio? How many bird coins do I actually have? My screen says 99999+. How do I know exactly? Thanks for help, as always :)
@dseufert the instructions for checking coins is in the pro group files section, but you need to do it using Chrome on a PC, not your iPad.
A couple weeks back I had sent you and @terribletom an Email on your collections, and just off the top of my head, you were at around 650k then.
So start pressing that buy WM button a few hundred times and stock up while they’re on sale! :)
PS, I will be doing your collection later tonight too, so you’ll have even more in a few hours ;-)

pity the perfect examples are gone…
@casey44, with these short tournaments now, many people gave up. There just isn’t enough time to find great strategies and make videos of them.
All due to Rovio pleasing the whiners that don’t take the game seriously and want new levels every day.
They play for an hour and get 3 stars on each level then they are done; waiting on new levels.
To me, and many of us, that is no way to play the game… strive to be the best and just keep pushing yourself to be better.

I hear and totally agree with what you said, but I’ve been playing BIRDS for a few years now, I think getting a bit better as time ticks by, but I play without using power up’s, in the early days I did fork out spending money, then realised that are giving coins and power up’s away, twice a day, for free!!
that’s one reason I like, OCCASIONALY, the quicker games, although I play always on my own (I always win that way) but the free power up’s just keep coming.
Early on I bought every sling I could, kept getting freebies, and built up my score to over 41,000, in the two star player league, my main gripe I suppose is the not posting of the non power up vids anymore, or does someone post them on another forum?
I’m at home working most days so I have time to play a lot, others don’t, but ROVIO only do this a few times a year, and being the level of player you are, I don’t think you would drop a league, so, used profitably, they work for some, not for others, swings and roundabouts really.
I do think purists rule, its a more skilful way of playing Birds, instead of loading him up and setting him off, then using Bird Quake too. mostly game over then!
