First bird at left top with two pigs, hitting wood. You want debris to fall and make TNT explode. All remaining debris needs to be as low to ground as possible. Load Wingman with KS and P and fling horizontal.
I think the key for this level is to pay attention to where the debris falls on the left side of the level. The wingman shot needs to be as horizontal as possible, so if any debris falls to the left of the bottom-left wood block, you’re gonna miss it (and should reset). I try to aim wingman to just barely hit the top edge of that wood block, but in my best score so far I actually missed it:

A good first shot which seems to set things up well reasonably often: JS (no powerups) aimed so that you can tap to shoot Chuck forward as soon as you release him, and he just barely passes above the left wooden structure.
This is only the second level I’ve ever encountered that can be done using no birds (using the earthquake powerup) although unlike the first one (which featured a bouncing ball) the score achieved is less than if birds are used.
