One strategy for Angry Birds Flock Favorites Level 29-6 is to send the yellow bird towards the boulder, so that it rolls down on the tnt. Then fling another bird at the base of the first tower. The score in the video below is 105,600.

I reversed the shots, which made it easier to fling the second Chuck at a flatter angle to the boulder.

Mahalo, @sweetp, my friend, for reminding us to think different when stuck on a level. No need to bang your head against the wall; just reverse your shots! Your approach bumped my average score up near @mikeinmont and his Top Score. First shot should take out the first tower plus the wood beam at top of the cave. Second shot must get any of the remaining purple gems as they are worth 3000 points each. Aloha.

Nice score, @surfcow! I usually like to make flinging easier, and it does make sense to go from left to right, when you get to use the same birds consecutively, like here with Chuck. Now I’ll have to come back and try to catch up to you, ku’u makamaka!

As is usually the case with my temporary high scores, I just went with what turned out to be the current video solution. The only difference was that my collision with to stone caused more right hand side debris to fall and my left side shot entered a touch higher to do the same on the left. There is a screenshot of my score in my album as requested.

I also reversed the shots, 2 shots, top score.
My method, was to go in lowish on front shot and bring down as much as possible, then same shot as video for second shot, but this time everything came down…its been a long time since I had a top score…..

An observation. I don’t think it actually matters which way round this is done. The bottom line is that the central tower which holds the stone must collapse as it’s worth in the region of 10k. This is the money shot. The walk through video gets my vote. That way you only have to sling one bird and if it doesn’t collapse go again.

@steviep147 I agree that the middle tower must fall, but IMO I think it’s easier to get both crystals if you go for the boulder first. Of course with my score, I left one crystal even though I did just that.

This has proved to be the hardest level of FF for me. It’s the only one I don’t have a top 25 score in at this time. Can’t seem to break 115K after literally thousands of flings. Generally, I have been doing slight variations on the video method since I believe going to the far side first increases the chances of getting the crystals in the pit. Slight changes in angle makes a big difference. I tried hundreds of flings lining up the bottom corner of the bird with the big crack in the wall. I think a slightly higher trajectory is the way to go, but I haven’t been able to cash in on that yet. Any advice on launch angles?

I got a one-birder while trying another strategy and wondering how @maciuchna93 and @detregames got to 123k+.
(BTW feel free to share your strategy, it would be nice to know)

So the idea was to send the stone block into the middle tower to maximize the damages in the middle.
Here is the trajectory and the stone block flying.

From time to time it is possible to get a very good destruction of the middle and left parts and added to the TNT explosion you can get 78k+ scores with the two pigs on the right remaining.

I was trying to find a trajectory to maximize the damages while killing those two when I got a one birder.

The middle tower toppled to the right instead of the left and took care of them for me.

@asher, I have been trying your method for a while now. While I am still trying to break 116K, I think this strat holds the best promise…as it seems to do the most left side damage. It is a satisfying feeling to see that brick turn horizontal as it flies into the tower! Thanks for sharing.

However, I think the high scores here are indeed possible. There is a LOT of damage to be had here. I’ve gotten 102640 in damage alone with 3 birds, 103280 with four. Judging from the remaining debris, there is at least 108K there, 111K if you count the crystal under the sling. Theoretically one can get 130K with two birds. As for one birders, I’ve gotten four so far, two with the @asher method. The best I have done in those cases is 109K, which includes the 3 bird bonus. The best score I have had after one shot was just under 80K with the two pigs on the right remaining, but then I blew the second shot. Grrr…

I’m assuming you mean the stone block in the at the top right of the front (left) structure? sending it flying into the middle structure?
